I once saw in a post that Nanno's real name is "Mara Amaratayakul" (Amaratayakul = Eternal, immortal, deathless). "Amatayakul", which means "nobleman who had a position to attend", is actually the actress' real family name. Not sure if this is true btw.

I like to think it's the fact that even though she got what she wanted, she'll never forget the fact that she stole all of her work, like the guilt in her saying how she was never and WILL never be an actual artist

I mean eventually she will or she's gonna have to lose more and more of herself and do more and more heinous things to keep this lie going. Even when or if she is exposed, the fallout is gonna be a lot worse than if she just admitted to being a fraud

This is how i see it a month late probably but watevs the last scene never happened because she got exposed before goin onstage so she got very obsessed with her fake fame and played the whole scenario in her head in Mew's perspective Nanno was trying to sabotage her therefore she is under alot of pressure but in the end when everyone still took her as a genius it's actually her mind believing in that illusion that she created aand at the very end she's all alone has been..

On the contrary, I think the last scene did happen. Nanno wished her a happy life because it will be really difficult for Mew to be happy as she keeps on building a lie after another until the whole pile of lies will ruin her life in a much greater scale.

- She is punished. She’s stuck in a life she doesn’t want. She’s not an artist. She doesn’t have the talent or passion to be an artist. You saw how she broke down when she tried to practice painting for the live talent show. When Nanno sent her the final note of hoping she’ll have a happy life, it’s because she knew that she won’t. So trapped in her own lies that even having the truth confronted didn’t free her. She’ll either live one of two lives; she’ll keep stealing and building up her “career” more and more until she gets caught and slammed REALLY HARD, especially with all the art she stole, or she’ll live a life of constant anxiety of when she’ll finally get caught and never to feel happy for her empty achievements. Nanno isn’t always about legal consequences. She’s emotionally punished people as well, like the girls in episode 2 who also never really got caught.

@Lorenzo Smit - I don’t think she pressured Mew into stealing art but more persuaded her into it because of her resentment to her friend and her own position. Yes, she is more sympathetic than the previous two villains; unlike the other two villains, she was moulded by the BS genius system of the school and preferential treatment by her teachers, but it’s still not great to hate her friend’s achievements and expect her to just always be a non-genius just to make herself feel good. Her friend GENUINELY wanted to reconcile, offered it out and was willing to forgive her TWICE and Mew stomped all over it, somehow felt she was a bigger person, manipulated her and then framed her for her own self-inflicted injury. That was on HER. Not Nanno. Nanno merely tempted her to put her on the same level as the other “geniuses” and watched to see if her ego would blow up despite her true circumstances.

This is the favourite among the first three that I watched till now.
