Got lucky 2 days in a row. Goats right where we needed them to be as soon as we got to our spot. Made a good shot on a nanny but she ran. Zailea said we should wait a couple hours for her to expire before we attempted to recover her. We didn't want to go too early and bump her further down the mountain. That was the right call. Another successful hunt with Zailea. This unit is open for daily hunting with muzzleloaders in January and June only. Permit hunt, no tags required. Daily bag limit is 2 goats, either sex and 1 pig, either sex per hunter.
