I went outside as I was preparing to leave and I saw what I can only describe as a "living puddle"--it had some sort of black substance that seemed "alive". It couldn't happen as the electrical charge would have to be very close and too high and there couldn't be enough in the body to have any affect. Why would you inject it?

@@paulg666 If the technology was a little more advanced then you could use something like electromagnetic radiation from 5G transmitters to manufacture nanotech components within the human body which could then take diagnostics of the host body and transmit live biometric data. You could then have a real time complete biometric database of the entire population which could be useful for governments, health organisations and whatnot access on some global database.

It would have to be a whole different technology and to achieve that from a distance it would do terrible damage to everything with massive electromagnetic radiation. To take diagnostics of the host body and transmit live biometric data you would need a chip containing the information and do a direct scan. What you would have there is the ultimate 24 hour under the skin surveillance network. You could even implement something like this without it being general public knowledge, you could invent a cover story as to why everyone needs all these injections. You would need complete control of all the international scientific and medical institutions as well as all of the global mass media for something that to work though.
