Did you know that the band was originally called just Nanowar, as a play on the bans Manowar? When another band had to change their name for legal reasons (from Rhapsody to Rhapsody of Fire), they changed to Nanowar of Steel to make fun of them. Around Christmastime , you'll might want to check out the video for "Valhalleluja". And for a song you haven't heard, "Barbie Milf Princess of the Twilight". Yes, that is a real title. LOL.
Happiness needs work. Absolutely. But if you work for it you can thrive not just survive. Only good wishes. Yes NanowaR are outstanding musicians not only comedians. This year they were celebrating 20 years of NanowaR, and there is a lot of material to check out in their discography. I think they are now starting having a little recognition for their work after all this hard work. Agree with you, everyone needs to laugh and have a good time every now and then. Sorry it's been tough, hang on in there and never worry about not giving us enough videos! Your wellbeing comes first. Still, if it helps _you_ to put these out, then go for it! I saw NoS live one week after seeing Sabaton, which was quite the venue contrast (from an arena to a venue roughly the same size that my old college band used to play). Both events were fantastic, but oh so different. I hope you got to do the Wall of Love when you saw them, that was probably my favourite audience participation moment! They deserve to be bigger.
Fun Fact: in italian, the double letter o in the word "cool" sound like the vocal "u", so the word in italian becomes "cul", which is a short version of the word "culo". Culo in italian means "ass". The gesture with the finger closed they do at the and of the song, in our hand gestures, means "assh0le". So thay say "ass" and do the gesture of a "assh0le". Nanowar's songs are full of italian puns and references... ^____^
