Tons of credit to him. To take that much damage, and despite having no clear route to victory, STILL getting up, says more than many other fighters' victories.
Huge amount of credit to Dasmarinas for sure to stay in there and tough it out. Also, great to see their acknowledgement & respect of each other in the corner right after Dasmarinas got to his corner after the knockout. Awesome sportsmanship.
I look for good sportsmanship these days because it is so often absent. Did you notice how fast Inoue went over to Dasmarinas' corner after the final call? Did you see how genuinely they smiled and exchanged a few words about the fight? Did you see the little bows? How they touched gloves? That, ladies and gentlemen, is how it's done. That was classy of both fighters. Nicely done, guys.
@@bigskiibop4147 He’s gonna lose easily? 😂😂 So he top 3 P4P for no reason? And he went undisputed and basically dominated every opponent (other than first match with hall of famer Donaire). Coolboy gets hit way too much and barely even won against figeroua or was a draw at best !! I speak with no bias, all facts but Inoue losing easily I guess
@@bigskiibop4147 not gonna lie...you clearly dont know shit about the sport hehehe. fulton aint a master boxer. he's quite hittable and he doesnt have the power to disrupt inoue's rhythm. if one dimensional figueroa was able to hit him clean a lot of times then how much more against inoue whose got superior timing and precision.
@@gilbertchomaminhandittoya4845 cmon now u know why he a top 3 hell devin and shakur got a better skillset and they not considered top 3 as far as i know the lb for lb list has a little bias towards it.
That was brutal to watch. I let out a grimaced groan every time that liver shot connected. Amazed he got up as much as he did. Fair play. “The Monster” is simply just that.
I just started learning about this guy, he is a fucking badass. I never knew there was a fighter as light and as intelligent as him that could get knockouts like this. I can say Inoue is my new favorite boxer to watch!
Absolutely love this bloke. Humble, polite, no trash talk, and an absolutely devastating force inside the ring. If memory serves he doesn't duck anyone either. A rarity in modern boxing and an absolute national treasure for Japan👊
The most strategic fighter you will ever see. Knows how to attack his opponent... keeps him guessing, and is patient.... he will be a legend of boxing...
Watch out Bro 👀👀 🇲🇽🇲🇽!! Two monster for this Jap !! Vaquero Navarrete 🇲🇽, Pantera Nery 🇲🇽and Plus Bonus Gallo Estrada 🇲🇽🇲🇽👀👀!! Then will see if he still the so call Monster !! 👀
What a game guy. When he got up after the second liver shot, he had to know how this was going to end. But get up he did, and paid the price. Mad props.
@@MufcGgmu38 theres always someone like you… nobody knew who inoue was 7 years ago and he forsure wasn’t as good as he is now. tyson and gervonta both say inoue is the fighter to watch right now. id highly recommend just staying quiet next time you want to say something.
If I had to describe Inoue in two words it would be "Razer sharp". Fighting him is like getting into fight with someone who has a knife. He's just so fast, so precise, so on point. The control he has in the ring with just positioning combined with the speed, power and punch selection is just an absolute treat to see.
I saw a lot of fights especially in youtube era, Tyson , Ali, Robinson, Leonard, Duran, Crawford etc. but only Inoue can control the fight only with his presence there. Every Inoue fight after Donaire 1 are between him doing everything he wants and the other fighter trying to survive
Always impressed by how fast he moves. Some of the videos captured by the audience really shows how fast he is and how loud some of his shots sound out across the stadium
fighting casimero will be a good oppurtunity to actually improve his close range defense. if you look at how casimero fights with his defense he wont be able to this to him + its actually noticable how weak his close range defense on this fight with dasma and if u compare both fighters view in ring fights you will definitely notice that inoue will have a really hard time winning against casimero. Casimero who have good defense like shoulder roll+philly shell+agile+strong puncher+range manipulator+good stamina+he can counter punch+tough guy and lastly can also read his enemy like what inoue is doing. now look at inoue good counter puncer+good puncher+not so agile+has fast jabs+weak defense+can read his opponent really well. if u actually watch all their fights from the start till the present fights today you can really tell both this fighters are talented but im pretty sure inoue side is avoiding to fight casimero as much as possible.
@@kenwahldhlamini8102 no actually, no not at all. its gonna be a good match for inoue if he plan going up division. if he manage to break that philly shell defense and that master range control of casimero then going up rank will be much safer. but it seems like our guy inoue and his camp dont like casimero for one good reason, it is that casimero style will diff inoue, inoue never fought someone who can control range in fights+ he can punch really well. what do you think will happen if casimero change his style and dont move too much? haha
@@kenwahldhlamini8102 I pity the man who has to try to get inside to fight Inoue. thats like trying to fight someone who has a knife by getting inside on them
All respect to crawford & canello but pound for pound weight for weight Inoue wd nail them both. Best fighter of all time for me. Not even Ali,foreman,Louis,Tyson etc wd have been in contention, just my opinion after 40 yrs a fight fan.
I just love his killer instinct. He just swarms you relentlessly when he smells blood. He has it all. Not a big boxing guy but am going to watch every fight now 😊
For many of The Monster's opponents, it's all fun and games. They're sure they know his game plan, his tactics, speed, power, accuracy, offense and defense that are reminiscent of a glitch in the matrix...and how to counter all of it... Then, one by one, Inoue's opponents are led to the slaughter, fed to The Monster, sacrificed to the ring gods, as it were... Just ask Stephen Fulton... Naoya Inoue is a small, humble kaiju, with talents that, as far as I'm concerned, are beyond anything even generational. He is The Monster. Much love and respect from America!!
naa, he got outclassed for f sake. he is a left hand fighter, while this dasmarinas guy continue attacking in left side which is kind of annoying too look at. in round 1 he step almost 500-700 steps while inoue is half or even lower of that. Dasmarinas continue to attack the left side while his opponent is left handed which is why?? The basic of boxing is when the posture of ur enemy is left stand you go right. dasmarinas continue to attack left with open guard i dont think that posture is known for punishing deep dive jab, he realize he can drag inou on in fight which he had advantage but man dasmarinas having a bad guard that look like someone who is newbie gives him a lot of disadvatage. another thing his guard is too High and too open. its not something you should witness on someone with 30 win record
As a fighting fan it’s beautiful to watch Inoue fight. When he hurts you it’s only a matter of time before he finds the finish. It’s like shark smelling blood in the water.
Inoue said that Dasmarinas was indeed a first-place player. But a left hook early in the first round gave Dasmarinas quite a scare. Dasmarinas is also a good boxer.
I dont know how the pros would mark it, but goddamn Naoya's ring generalship and reading of body movement is so clean in this fight. Extremely disciplined and doesn't lag even the slightest bit when dasmarinas switches directions. Edit: I watched the full thing now. Can't imagine how Dasmarinas is not puking up pieces of his gut right now.
credit to him for getting up from those. most people would have been completely done after the first one, if they even survived that long. Complete dominance. His positioning is just perfect. From the way Dasmarinas was moving, you would think Inoue was coming at him holding a knife
@@e2rqeyThe positioning is the reason this ended so early. Dasmarinas was playing on the outside this fight. Part of why it ended so was because Inoue smothered him before he really settled himself. And that's because this monster cut up the ring for Dasmarinas so fast that he couldn't really breathe. And it's not like Dasmarinas wasn't trying. Usually you'd poke with a jab and/or hook to swivel to the outside of the lead hand in a Orth vs SouthP matchup, especially if you are playing on the outside in the fight. That gives some breathing space because opponent also covers up and you get a few seconds to breathe and find your rhythm again. But Inoue stays on him just outside range and cuts him off with basic, simple movement. It's simple but so fucking hard to execute it perfectly each time because pros can feint well and have heavy hands and the threat of that will throw you off towards the wrong direction at least once. Not in Inoue's case though and that's why he is so scary. His fundamentals are crazy good on all aspects on top of everything else.
El gancho al hígado lo tiene bien estudiado, pocos son los boxeadores que lo ejecutan de esa sorprendente forma. Inoue es el mejor libra por libra saludos desde Aguascalientes México.
Regardless of whatever dumb casual fans are gonna say, das marinas is not a bad fighter, hes got 30 wins 20 KOs and 2 losses against world class opposition
Here we go again! Lead the questions to get the answers you want. Even when Fulton committed to fighting in Japan, the narrative was “he’s going to [fill in blank] Inoue”! Inoue fought in Vegas and Glasgow away from Japan and dominated…no excuses.
After casimero saw this, casimero was so scared and he threw away his belt and moved up to avoid inoue. I’m sure Tapales won’t fight him after he beats Fulton.
@PipintipTV nah boy. im filipino just like casimero but he's got so little chance of winning against inoue. skillwise and stylewise inoue is on a different level.
If you want the best and perfect build of a boxer. Inoue is your man, has the hardest pops, I’ve seen from his weight class. Terrific instincts and intuition. Deadly speed and power. Oni 👹
Brave stuff by Dasmarinas in an impossible fight. It's kind of embarrassing that Inoue isnt the P4P, there isnt anyone better in the sport, and hasnt been for some time. He's going to be clearing out weight classes as guys run from him for the rest of his career.
Revisiting this bc Tapales is a leftie, and just...Dasmarinas getting up from those punches is absolutely heroic. Not many dudes have that kind of willpower.
Inoue’s footwork may be the most impressive part of his arsenal. He’s constantly making little quarter-step adjustments to maintain range, he always seems prepped to explode off his front foot, and he cuts the ring so efficiently. It’s a bit tough to compare bantamweights to middle weights, but his relentless and efficient pressure reminds me of Golovkin in his prime.
@@joannleichliter4308 I see Crawford as more of a counter-punching technician and Inoue as someone who wins by pressure and proactive offense. Crawford's greatest strength is his ability to read his opponents and his immaculate timing, and he backs up his defensive-minded style with a great chin and a finisher mindset. One of my favorite fights of his - and a great example of these strengths - was his first title defense against Yuriorkis Gamboa (2014). Gamboa dominated the early rounds with his tremendous hand speed, but Crawford dials in, finds his timing, and goes on to drop him 4 times en route to a TKO. Crawford, by the way, is my current top P4P fighter -- it's rare to see such great defensive fighters with the will and ability to KO.
@@camerongrey3643 That's a good analysis. Crawford is a craftsman, but he also has much more power in either hand than people realize. The fight with Spence showed us his other side. I do think he had analyzed the heck out of Spence's fights and knew exactly what to do. Perfect footwork and body positioning neutralized Spence's famous jab. But when Bud jabs, it's going to hurt you if it connects, no matter which hand he uses.
@@joannleichliter4308 Agree, and his timing really amplifies his natural power. It's his boxing IQ that makes him so potent, both in terms of planning and in making mid-fight adjustments. One of those fighters where I think the only thing to beat him will be age or desire.
