An honest review of the new and very innovative Mantis 2 ground blind from New Archery Products. I apologize for the wind noise. It was a very breezy day but I wanted to film and share my opinion regardless.
S.O., great review. I purchased the Mantis III for this year and everything you said is accurate. You are correct, the III is much larger for my lady and I to crossbow hunt out of. Yes, the door "Bow" as we call it, is a pain. Thanks for the idea about additional stakes. Thanks for sharing!
@@stoneyfieldoutdoors6250 I think they are asking you for more than "simply follow the detailed instructions for the blind". For example how long did it take you to set it up, and any problems or concerns with the set up. How long to get it back in the carrying case. How complete and easy to follow were the instructions. Could you do this in the dark or in a rainy or windy day? I would expect this in a review as opposed to an advertisement for the blind on You tube and also expect it to be labelled as such. Having said that once you got into the review it was very complete and I gotta give you kudoes for that! Looks like it would be ideal for a crossbow!
@@stoneyfieldoutdoors6250 Problem with that is that many have not been around blinds. I have never hunted from one and I am 67 yrs old. None of my kids have either or even my brother who is a long term hunter in Iowa. He always drove the deer and hunted from the ground without a blind. So to us it is NOT self explanatory at all. That is why covering the set up and take down is helpful to many on RU-vid. Peace
