I was in the shopping centre in amstelveen in Holland just this morning and met a Dutch guy who praised Ghana for its hospitality but added that the country is too dusty
Yes is dusty because it's not the fault of the people in the country. Ghana is sub saharan desert so dust is true and I think with development Ghana can work it out to make away dust.
