Foxy was on tour with Nas, AZ, Busta Rhymes and Bone Thugz N Harmony at the Palace Of Auburn, (30 miles north of Detroit) the night Pac was shot, I was there and seen Foxy in concert! Keefe D must’ve mistaken Foxy for another female with Zip in Vegas! There is no way possible she was in Vegas when I saw her in concert in Auburn Hills, Michigan that night! Foxy, Nas, AZ, Busta Rhymes, & Bone was on tour the night Pac was shot and when he died!

Then he asks why they need Foxy to testify since Keefe already snitched on himself. Well the state needs her to corroborate details of that night. Keefe or anyone else for that matter can tell on themselves all day long, but without a gun, without forensic evidence, Keefe can argue and say that he made it all up. If the state gets someone else who was there to corroborate what Keefe told on himself with, then he can't claim he made it all up.

I generally like Mutah but him saying sharia law works better but you need four reliable/believable witnesses, so if I’m (I’m a woman) walking home from work late at night and no one’s around and a guy assaults me and R’s me and runs off….I can’t call the police and give a description of the man who did it to me because I don’t have 4 witnesses!???! If I’m wrong about this and it’s different for other crimes in sharia law than what mutah described, please inform me. Because in America I call the police, give them a run down of what happened, give them a description of the man that R’d me and they will have an ambulance take me to the closest ER to have a R kit done and collect any and all biological (if you know what I mean) evidence on me and use all the evidence to identify and arrest the man that did it to me. But it sounds like I’m just sh*t out of luck if four people didn’t witness it and that man who did it just gets away with it!?!! That doesn’t sound great to me. Yeah our American system seems to favor the “bad guys” and I don’t agree with how a lot of the laws and judges misinterpret the law and use it to let the “bad guy” free and re-victimize the victim; but apparently too many innocent people were getting convicted so they had to change things.
