16:20 When talking about the weather, I've been extremely concerned about something I've noticed twice in the past few years from my home, zone 5 Denver CO. We've had a couple of "false springs" that have affected my plants. A lot are blooming way too early because of unusually warm winters followed by early springs, then frosts later in spring, later than I've ever seen growing up and living here in Denver. Last spring, a lot of my perennials that popped up earlier than usual died after the late snow we had, never to spring back with the warmth. I wonder what, if any, long-term effects false springs becoming more normal is going to have on our pollinators, flowers and plants?
