NAR Lawsuit - Has anything CHANGED? More lawsuits from both Sellers AND Buyers! 

The real estate industry is on the cusp of a MAJOR overhaul. However, we won't know exactly what those changes will be until spring of next year at the earliest. In the meantime, is it business as usual in your market? Should it be? I am not seeing many changes in my market, but perhaps things are in other markets. Let me know in the comments below!
