Infosys co-founder N.R. Narayana Murthy paid an emotional tribute to Ratan Tata, calling him a true role model of value-based leadership. Murthy expressed that Tata had always been a guiding light, helping him navigate complex ethical dilemmas in the corporate world. He highlighted how Tata’s moral compass was an inspiration not only to him but to countless others. In 2020, Murthy publicly honored Tata, bending down to touch his feet as a sign of deep respect and admiration. That moment reflected the profound bond between the two business titans. Murthy shared that Tata's passing is a great personal loss, as he considered him a dear friend and mentor.
Ratan Tata, aged 86, passed away in Mumbai due to age-related health complications. His state funeral is being held in Mumbai, where several prominent leaders and industrialists gathered to pay their final respects to the legendary businessman.

very true every indian family have one TATA involved in some way. I got govt job ,because i worked in TCS for just 3 years. Very sad after seeing a gaintatic person walking with support due to age factor. Every person has the same cycle ,dont go to temple and drop money in hundi. Helping others is the only way god will be with us. Good example is our legend TATA Ji, Jai Hind.

Ratan Tata believed in work-life balance and pay for the work you do. Narayana Murthy believes in the opposite. He is the one who said work 70 hrs. per week at 40 hr. pay. There is no comparison between them as far as value system is concerned.

Many are appreciating Ratan for values of compassion to dogs, journalist should force influence rich folks like NRN to give away for welfare of animals say goals like Veterinary research, esp. today young & old alike hate neighbourhood stray cats & dogs, how can u make a nation of billions love animals, forget feeding adults in my neighbourhood chase away if a cat were to trespass compound wall or sit on tree in their garden property. Mr Murthy worked extremely long hours & started the whole employee share scheme in India when he could've kept it all for himself. He is asking young people to follow what he did! No one is holding a gun to your head. Instead of writing rubbish you could either quit, or enjoy working & not think of it as a punishment but think of it as karma yoga & one of your swadharma.
