(Narcissist or Sociopath)or Psychopath Who Were You In a Relationship With? 

Regardless of the label of sociopath or psychopath, the narcissist has a capacity for mental, emotional and physical harm that should not be underestimated. At a young age the narcissist demonstrated red flags in connection with the dynamics of the narcissist's family of origin, prior relationship issues, criminal activity, and addiction. Through education and pain, I was able to see behind the mask at the lack of empathy, selfishness, and lack of feeling of the narcissist. I never expected the narcissist would threaten my life but the narcissistic injury experienced by the narcissist, by my actions of discarding the narcissist and ending all contact, was explosive. Several years with a narcissist & the more I educate myself the more I think there is sociopathic behaviors as well, not only based on what I experienced in sharing a life & home with him but also based on the line of women & children he left behind & discarded before me. Of course he had explanations for it all where he was the victim, but what a see are previous women who loved him, even gave him a child, were used & discarded and he simply walked away without looking back. The child I was raising with him is now in that same forgotten situation but I’m just thankful he’s gone. And it makes sense to me now why the previous women in his life blocked his access to them at all costs. As i heal from my 5 year experience with him, I feel like I don’t even know who I was during our years together. I became a submissive person desperately seeking to please him, despite his behavior. I feel absolutely foolish as if I just woke up from being brainwashed.

“A dish best served cold”. That is your revenge. I remember when Paula said that in one of her brilliant videos. Walk away from these Cluster B’s. My Narcissist physically assaulted my 17 year old daughter when I was out of town. I feel they can go from 0 to 500 in a nano second. I am lucky to get away from him. He is a First Responder with no empathy. They can hide in plain sight people. Their family might know and just try to believe the mask. I pray for his New Supply. She doesn’t know who he is.

The more I discuss the ex narc with my therapist, the more I am convinced that there was a lot more pathology behind that personality. Barren coldness. A flat affect. Very non-expressive (unless they were acting). They once told me they felt like killing their stepfather when they were young. So many bizarre tales about “everyone else”…coworkers, family etc. To this day, the narc is a loner. They use and abuse unsuspecting supply. That’s how they have gotten through life. They are very very cruel under the charming facade. I thank God I am alive and have some sense of emotional well-being left. I was married to a narcissist she cheated,lied and stole I got love bombed, devalued and kicked to the curb she always was taken selfies of herself and posting them constantly on her phone and when I walked in the phone would be put down One minute she was mean and silent the next she loved bombed me When getting divorced she was brutal and blamed me for everything and then would smile

My ex was a covert narcissist - to the book - the worst! But I believe he turned temporarily psychopathic. Sam Vaknin discusses this can happen after a narcissistic injury. It made a lot of sense to me after what he did during the end before the most brutal discard.

I’m still processing everything after 20 years of marriage unknowingly to a Cluster B full spectrum disorder. Every aspect you mentioned certainly applies in shifting phases of her personality over those years. Then when she had a nervous breakdown…the truth was revealed. Her childhood, adolescent, and young adult years before we ever met where hidden behind a very well constructed mask until it shattered from envy, shame, and guilt for her words and actions which I had no part of. That choice was her’s as so was the consequence. It’s been two years now for me in isolation. The mind is a very beautiful thing. It remembers everything and 20 years has played on a loop at half speed. For I was once blind, now I clearly see what I did not see before. I was committed, focused, disciplined, career, two personal businesses, four children, family, friends. While I was providing, protecting, building she was behind me destroying it all every step of the way. It was excruciatingly painful to experience and having to start over from zero at the age of 50. What the cluster B person does should be a criminal offense. Hopefully one day it will be, but I’ll tell you this…it is a spiritual battle. My X was spiritually abusive. He once came up to me and very tenderly hugged me and whispered in my ear this, " I have to ask the Lord to help me not to kill you". I was so taken aback I actually doubted that he really said that, but he really did.

About 6 mos before I left, my narc started to get speeding tickets. Not just 1- many. She didn't seem to care about consequences. Rules did not apply. We'd go out for dinner w good friends and she would argue with them. It was embarrassing. I actually thought she had a brain tumour or was in early stages of dementia. I fell and cut my hand. She had a big belly laugh while I bled. I didn't know what was going on. She had a stone where her heart should have been.

Interesting take and explanation Paula. In my experience and understanding, there is a lot of overlap between the 3. Essentially, they’re all different shades of the same colour and for all (our) intents and purposes, it doesn’t matter so much (the need ) to categorize them at at the end of the day, they’re all toxic and can and will potentially kill us. My ex covert narc was a mix between a covert malignant narcissist and a sociopath. Lots of overlap in between. In the most recent edition of the DSM-5, sociopaths and psychopaths have been relabelled and regrouped into one umbrella designation called “anti-social” personality disorder. Either way (the terminology isn’t super important in our case and it is re-shuffled from time to time. Although super interesting and useful), at the end of the day, they’re poisonous and toxic and can kill us. Sociopaths are not exclusively defined only by their disregard and disrespect of laws (criminal or civil code) but rather and also social laws that govern character and social norms of interactions. They have complete disregard, contempt for social rules and have no personal nor social integrity. I have personally had to deal with this in several different contexts. Ex-covert narcissist in my case) had a triple life, and highly functioned in a permanent white psychosis. Denial of other’s reality, his own and completely self absorbed by his fake and alternate reality. Their mask stayed on for a couple of years, until I happen to stumble on his alternate identities and personnas. Simply put: not all narcissists are sociopaths but all sociopaths/psychopaths are narcissists at the core.

I do believe they feel a tinge of guilt sometimes & shame too, but ONLY for a minute. THEN they will turn it onto you, because the guilt & shame they felt cannot POSSIBLY be because they did something wrong because that would mean they weren't perfect because that is just not possible to them. So they project & blame & ROAST the target who they hurt in the first place. 🤕

A lot of its family environment with a dark entity running through them generationally A lot are not just criminals some are career professionals just skating around the edges of criminality but never getting caught

This is destroying family, friendships etc. His first wife is fighting for custody of their daughter because it is so bad and the judge won't let her explain what's going on. By her own account, the psychopath in my life, was a domestic terrorist (environmentalist) by age 11, disabling logging equipment in Oregon, living with her lesbian homosexually-married sister (who also happened to be her cousin). Incredible. Yes, I, too, never knew these absolutely wicked things could even exist. Her daughter was killing her classroom pet gerbils, and had no knowledge of God whatsoever. It was literally a revelation for her to consider Him ("You mean *God* created the birds and the trees"? ...as I'd read from a children's Bible..."Yes He sure did! The sky and all the world and you too!") She didn't allow her daughter's father to even know she existed. Her son, by another man, committed suicide. I suffer more than I care to say. I sincerely appreciate your videos. I've stumbled upon them today in my RU-vid feed and near immediately subscribed, and am combing through each one carefully. I find them distinctly affirming apart from other channels that focus myopically on NPD absent any spiritual discernment and discretion, so I thank you very very much. If it wasn't for Jesus Christ, I don't know that I'd have any trust or hope for the future at all. To me, He's the only prayer that REALLY matters. I know you've tried to be ecumenical, and inclusive to other belief systems but I don't afford it. I know Who answers. Everyone will know it. It's Christ and no one else. Thank you Paula for this video, it has helped me understand many parts of the sinister oldest sibling who wrecked all our lives and completely did away with the brilliant sibling through driving her insane, and also pushed our brother to live dangerously through substance abuse. He lost his life at an early age. This henious monster managed to craftily separate my mother, and the insane sibling from their assets, and left them in dire straits. I know that this individual is not just a narcissist. I think this oldest sibling is either a dark tetrad or a dark triad. Would it be possible for you to come out with videos on the dark tetrad and dark triad? The ex Narcissist was Covert with psychopathic traits I think. I'm not sure why getting hung up on labelling the monster you were with is so important, but I think it's a symptom of the rumination and trying to understand what shade of hell they put you through. I'm finding the Russell Brand scandal really triggering this week.

We should be worried for our attraction to dark energies 🙂 - - childish traits we find moving as it was just naivete - sadness that motivates us to try to lift their spirits - never stable that we mistake as not boring What part (experience, beliefs) in ourselves makes us vulnerable to narcissists? With a narcissist 100 percent. The stages, no accountability, entitled, her first in everything, image is all, must control everything, risk averse, big group of friends who she let slip weren’t actually friends, turned nasty if pushed and generally cruel, critical and undermining of her close partner. With a repeated history of partner after partner doing the same. She moved on when found out. She was outed but wrote and posted a card saying she was finishing the relationship. A very lucky escape.

Like most of us I am sure, I have gone back and forth and sideways with trying to get this individual figured out. In the end my best guess is covert malignant narcissist with strong psychopathic tendencies. This individual is the pillar of the community type, “alternative health care” guru - saviour to the masses .. you know the story: all a front for his double life of evil doing; the depth of which I am extremely confident, I do not want to know. Extremely grateful to have escaped when I was struck by my aha moment. I am acutely aware that others in his past have not been so fortunate.

My, now, ex wife was cocktail of all three. Before I have discovered your blog and videos, not knowing anything about Narcissist, I come across book by Bernardo Stamateas " Toxic People" (original "Gente Toxica"). That book opened my eyes to realise what was going on. The person I have met nine years ago and person when our marriage finished was totally different. I strongly recommend book and many subjects that you are talking about are explained in the book. Thank you Paula for another great video.

After being together 17 years, married 11years , researching his strange recurring behaviour from the second year into our relationship I finally discovered in April of 2023 That i am married to a covert narc I've been planning my exit for months, even though, like everyone else here, we have so much to lose, including all the years wasted with them Thankfully, there are no children involved Yet for me to simply up and leave is so very hard, considering. There'll be no closure, no apology, no empathy, no remorse from the narc Its just all been a huge lie And wasted years And a second failed marriage for me 😢 Oh the shame. I am the common denominator. My narc husband did lots of kind things for me but if I wanted or needed him to do something for me he refused such as return my call, pick me up if the car broke down, this was very confusing for me since I was not aware of his narcissism at the time.

I definitely was with a Psychopath as he was completely unmoved by and type of emotion. Indeed he was always disregarding the law in terms of tenancy agreements, unpaid bills etc. I would also say that he was NPD aswell. These people will stop at nothing to get their own way, irrespective of the law. They are a law unto themselves and that’s it. They are not interested in relationships as they don’t have the ability to relate with others on an intimate level however they will use you for financial gain . If you get so broken down by them they dont give a damn if you are dying ( even though you are the mother of their child )…………………….they see it as THEIR CHILD and cant wait for you to be ridden of ! My Psycho / Narc was prepared to starve us both to make me look like the bad one, they will go to any lengths and have show no mercy. I thought normal people move on aftera divorce,…………not this one , he is still trying to gaslight me after 22 years . I have cancelled FB stopped communication with my sisters etc, etc. The most frustrating thing is how people DON’T UNDERSTAND and if you do talk about it you are likely to sound mad. NPD’s most definitely carry DARK ENERGY - don’t excuse their ruthless behaviour with scientific excuses ( ie. PSYCHOLGY ) they no full well what they are doing and always calculate their plans to the finest detail. They are in it for the long game and I consider them PERVERTED because off this.

Personality Researcher here. Psychopathy cannot be diagnosed prior to the age of 18. What you are referring to is Conduct Disorder, which is a separate diagnosis specifically for youth. That being said, Conduct Disorder is one key criterion of ASPD or the non-diagnostic Pschopath Checklist.

Definitely narcissistic with a bit of being a socialpath. Her end game was damaging my car tyres with a knife. Reporting me to the police saying a slashed my own tyres and saying i attempted to attack her with a knife. Her and her daughter who is backing her up left while i was locked up for 26hrs. Im now due in court next week for a domestic abuse trial. 😢

Who was I with... I'm in shock to realise first one was probably a sociopath with schizophrenia. Second grandiose narcissist. Last one was covert and possibly psychopath. His level of cruelty still has me stunned. Looking back my dad was overt, mum covert and seems I was set up for soul destroying abuse throughout my adult life. These videos certainly help but there's no way to fix all that damage.

I was dealing with an attractive man that made me feel like a rare delicate flower. He started the dismissive behavior. I would panic and have attacks thinking something happened to him. The pattern continued. I had to incorporate my ex before him to finally figure out that this man is a narcissist. He has an extensive criminal history along with drug use. I also found out that he has a mental health diagnosis. I saw this with my own eyes. He love bombed me then just ended it 2 months ago. He is now with someone new which was devastating to see but I’m coping. I wanted to ignore all of the red flags but evidently I need help and that’s why I’m here watching these videos. I have been no contact for the 2 months as well. I’m thankful of my stubborn nature or else I would be contacting him to find out why he ended things.

My last relationship 3 years ago was a long distance relationship with a lady who has bipolar disorder type 1 with bpd but after her nasty toxic behavior towards me it started out being so loving caring etc then after 3 months trying to verbally gaslight me and verbally abusive, constantly ghosting me, also i caught her cheating on a dating app and when i pulled her about it she said to me YOU DON'T LIKE IT WHEN YOU SEE ME ON A DATING APP, as if it's my fault she got caught cheating also the guy she was seeing before me something happened between them two and he went to jail for gbh because she pushed him over the edge like she has with her two ex husbands and because her ex bf got out of jail but met someone else and wasn't allowed near him she abused me instead even though all i did was be kind to her and loving etc so i feel she was a covert sociopathic narcissist and now I'm struggling with severe ptsd so never again it's put me off relationships for life to many dodgy toxic people in society...

Oh my word, first statement nailed it...at age 15 my husband was at a friend's party....he got angry about something and set fire to the families caravan vindictively and to this day feels its funny, has no regret about what he did and so.....u just confirmed what I've suspected for years!

What he went through by his entry into Basic Training at 17, he has already been through severe abuse and sex abuse....which i had to explain that women can abuse younger boys. Hes moved his whole life, but then, i have too. Father had 8 wives. Mother wasnt fully on. They LOST him for awhile....and he went to foster home, like a institution. They couldn't find his parentd. So we had that in common. We both been to jail, but i never realized that he was living as fast and hard after the war. Did 3 tourd back to back. He says "im not a criminal, im a violent offender." But this is where hes ignoring the truth. Hes done more than just that. Hes infamous for what he is, especially his home town. . But now, i see....anti social, psychopathic, and a Narcissist. Same as my mother minus the anti social. He knows im trying to leave but the home base is mine. ....I asked his mother to tell him to come get his stuff of im selling it. Total chaos. Lies to everyone. Its a weekly pattern. He was fine all week but when we fought, it escalated quickly....it is shame based. I doubt there is guilt..the truth comes out everytime he attacks. I just want out. He is hanging onto his past not me...whatever happened last year, he is carrying it, its a demon..

I would say the narcissists are forged . I've had an exceptional experience seeing my older daughter's evolution under my narc husband's control. And learned from my mother-in-law that her husband had similar traits as his son/my husband. He was always taking children with him as my husband did with my daughter, travelling with her. I saw him shouting at her, telling her what she thought, that she lied (even if that was not the case). She is isolated, but does not have any feelings of care and worry around whatever, being the pattern he wanted and forged, always accepting only what he says even if obviously not in line with reality.She learned how to be a tandem with him giving him constant approval and getting some support in exchange.

Narc is prosocial. Needs people. Psycopath is antisocial. Doesn't need mirroring from others. Has no need for it. The way he just moved on alone like I was a used tin can when he no longer could use me astounds me.

The narcissist girlfriend of mine had stolen from again and left town and called me laughing about it at the same time I was doing a police report. Well the officer said that she confessed to the theft and wanted to know if she had prior criminal charges and if I could identify her from police records and I said yes . I couldn’t believe the total times that she had been arrested prior to being taken care of by. I say that strongly, because she never attempted to look for any work, just talk. And after being shown several he made a comment that I had identified her as Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, before I agreed to what she done Thursday and confessed to today Friday leaves me wondering if she’s going to have a warrant for her arrest on Saturday? And he laughed and said for what? You’ll probably be letting her back in for Sunday. She was asking for my forgiveness and was on her way back to give me more than. If you have cut ties with a narcissist and don’t want to be at the level they are, you can just take care of yourself and as you are healing, you might read a news article about them next week, or see them years later on a dating site claiming they are looking for someone who loves doing all the things you couldn’t get her to do in the years they had wasted of yours. Then you have the satisfaction of knowing how a good riddance feels, truthfully inside. I’m saying a prayer for all the people who are suffering and trying to break free of the evil narcissistic people in your life, and knowing how they are and will be destroying your holidays in some way, that you can do better without them. My counterfeit husband covert narc sociopath, I had no idea how evil a person can be, gave him so much, he had it made, good grief, the evil is so scary didn’t see it , stealing, cheating,lying, on and on, very charming charismatic is right. They will punish you and bully you for what they do, now trying to use legal system, when he wants something he will take it or try to force you to do what you don’t want, he’s hiding now, he was married when he married me, had cheating also, very disrespectful. He was just plain evil. Always to me in the house or car, but very charming, charismatic & flirtatious outside of the home. I watched, observed, even when going through abundance of verbal abuse, laughing at other's problems, psychological & emotional abuse, threats, manipulation, physical abuse leading to a violent sexual attack on me, I researched & narcissistic came up first. As I disengaged emotionally from him to survive he became more violent. I think he could be described as sociopathic , very cold & cruel, yet psychologic in that he did not feel he did not have a problem only me. Maybe he was all 3 in one horrific package. He saw a Psychiatrist only to get pills, saying that a Psychiatrist had more influence than a general doctor if he needed him to back him up. He was seeing a Psychiatrist from age 18 to 62. He used them as puppets. Said he had them " wrapped around his little finger". Honestly I was dealing with evil. Is it possible for a narcissistic to be both psychopath & sociopath?

If I threaten their control or get in their way of getting what they want? So, are we left without recourse? Keep walking on eggshells because they might become dangerous against you? What then can I do about this psycho co- caregiver of my daughter? I just confronted this woman about things she had just done and continued to do. Her response shocked me to my core, and I got drawn into her psychopathy! I tried to talk calmly to go over what she was doing and tried to tell her to shut up and listen so I could get started because she kept saying, No no no, I didn't do that... She raised her voice and kept talking over me! When I got drawn in, she got control! She asked me for examples. I gave her one. She said, "Give me another one." So I gave her another one. She said, "Give me another one." A cold reality then hit me hard in the face! She got super calm, and her eyes took on this weird, glassy stare. She looked like she was getting off on me answering her questions! My answer to her last demand for another example, was, "NO!" After that whole conversation when she left, I was so shaken up, I couldn't think straight! I literally felt like I had just come face to face with a demon!

My sisters are cruel emotionally, without much conscience, and enjoy inflicting pain, cold and one time my sister looked like she was going to hit me a d we did have vicious physical fights when kids, which she always won, I had a temper, you never really get to know them, they withhold information, lots of secrets, and my sister didn't invite me to her daughters wedding, it was never mentioned, she hated that I stopped drinking even though it was killing me and I had many incidents where I ended up in hospital from drinking, she just could not care less about my welfare, the other one put on this huge act that she cared, and visited me and played a big role in helping, but it was about control, she is nurse, her superiority knew no bounds and later on she would ignore my texts for help, especially if it was inconvenient and gave me the silent treatment when she had to pick me up in her car and I was very sick, then when I got well, it was non-stop put downs, never supporting me, it was all my fault, yelling at me all the time and bullying me, superficial and un-intelligent, I had to explain things to her over and over, when I found my power I was no good to them, and calling them out is absolute no no, No empathy at all just a pretence! 🎉🎉

Leaving a narcissist or any abusive dismissive controlling person is the most dangerous time for the victim. Its important to know that seven out of ten abused women end up being murdered. I know. Lots are made to look like accidents overdoses etc. Most of these types do have criminal connections and some like minded associates. Never tell these dishonest mean types you are leaving. The best thi g to do is to be as boring and grayrock as possible. They will move on usually but not always. Do plan your escape and do not share that info with snyone except your therapist. Consider moving to a different country. Get a safety deposit box secret. Consider a non extradition treaty country. If they abuse you, they will abuse your children and undermine your relationship with them. Family of origin has a lot to do with self worth and making excuses for abusers. Look at the constants, who really went to bat for you, who was around when things went wrong. If relatives are nasty, cut ties with them.

First I want to say thank you for being here. I've been listening to you for the past few days. And as much as love that comes from God shines on me. I still continued to isolate myself and withhold my love from God and from others. And it's actually a chore for me to get out and serve the Lord and serve other people. Because Because oh I guess the wounding in my mind. And in my heart and I don't have the equilibrium to renew my mind nor. How much I experience new experiences? I go back into that wounded state.

I never lived with mine nor did I really know anyone who knew him!! After 14 months I can’t say I really knew much he was very secretive of course except for what he wanted me to know! I’m leaning towards narcissistic as I experienced the love bombing devaluation discard ….. but he also has a “I’ll do what I want when I want” attitude regardless of whatever is in his path! Will never forget the chilling moment he admitted he was a psychopath although I believe he is a sociopath and narc . I had answered a trick hoover a call from his g ma my number was on her phone . He was otr truck driver I had not heard from him in a year . I picked up phone thinking g ma was in an emergency . It was him on her landline . He had posted he was in a relationship 2 weeks after the discard . I entertained the call . He said his new supply had committed suicide . His story did not add up . I finally said are you lieing about this . He gasped and said that would make me a psychopath .. bingo she was alive and kicking . He was in town wanting to have sex . So made this up . I was In a long marriage with a combo of all the above. I had to divorce & move 2500 miles away from him. He died pitiful with Bone Cancer. I had to leave for my life,he held a gun with safety off to my forehead in front of our two children to try to hedge the divorce.He turned the kids against me ,of course which he always did. With the ex no question on the narcissism, but when combined with the alcoholism there were times he was borderline psychopath. He was definitely capable of murder without question.

I was raised by psychopaths _ they have lots of feelings _ like maybe too many feelings_ actors is what they are.

Thanks for the video paula. Been a few months now that i have been listening to your videos endlesly. My dicard too, was very brutal. His just moved out of town with his 2 foster children. Telling me lies about where he is. Giving me a day to remove my stuff from his house. Leaving me and his son to slee on my cousins floor for 2 months. Telleling me he will not pay support. But someone has told me his putting all this.christianity post like Eg. GOD IS GOOD on his statuses. How can someone withba soul treat a wife that suppored him endlessly and his 2 year old son like that. Did he really repent or can this only be an act. He called me 3 months back saying his very sick, but 2 weeks after that had a pic of him and his new girlfriend( i believe the rich cousin he left me for did not work out) while married he used to say there ia no God, blah blah blah. Why now suddenly is he such a goldly man?

It’s kind of dangerous to label them as this or that according the DSM5. It’s almost like excusing them from their behaviour. I don’t believe that’s the correct approach, because the empathy among us, or society at large, will allow them to continue, at the same time. Would you let a rapist close to your children …, all said.

Does a sociopath feel guilt?

My situation is very interesting not in a relationship with this person only met her briefly I did not know she worked in radio commuications, she started stalking me immediately covertly drones/satellites peeping and hiding. Her ex husband described her in 2 page letter to the public as dark and sociopath and much more she uses pulsed eletromagnetic radiation weapons on women and is avid gun target shooter travels alot. My diagnosis is that she's a Narcissist and that's more than enough to make my life miserable.

I don't sense that there are clear lines defining each of these "disorders". Some are a mixture, not necessarily just one, depending on the circumstances. And can they heal, do you think?

Dear Paula, I wonder, with whom you have been in a relationship? 😉 Narc, Socio or Psycho? Although we all are different individuals and therefore we all are somehow on a spectrum, I think I was dealing with a Sociopath and I will explain why this is my internal diagnosis in the aftermath: > I was pulled into his trap so very fast with the result that I was not able to think clearly anymore. > He was using his charme combined with his endless monologues in a monotone voice with the result that I constantly felt like I was in trance, seeing things with totally different eyes and feeling things on a very deep unconscious level. > He was a con artist in using so many different gaslighting and other manipulative techniques (love-bombing, future faking, triangulation, dog-whisteling, word salad, projection, blame shifting etc.) with the result that I got overly confused. > He was an expert to push the hot-cold buttons in a very short period of time with the result that I got into the traumabond very fast so that I got obsessive, addicted to him. > He was extremly driven by power, dominance and anger with the result that I was extremly walking on eggshells. > He was a master chameleon with the result that I got even more confused and was doubting my own perception. (I still have photographs where you can see on every photograph a different persona of him, which is quite terrifying.) > He was a master of pretending having empathy (only cognitive though) and could impersonate feelings with the result that I fell for his trap quickly by trusting him. > He pretended to be very confident when we were together but afterwards I always felt irritation, some kind of very dark spirit around me that would bring me down. > He was living in a very messy house, filled with lots of stuff from decades and the atmoshpere felt very sad, heavy and empty at the same time. > He lived totally outside the standards, rules did not apply for him at all. He did whatever he needed to do in the moment, without any remorse or guilt at all. > His voice could change from one moment to the other by switching from a confident adult into a very insecure toddler. I could go on and on. In the aftermath, with the distance you can see the things much more in clarity. Although some people find it not necessary to identify with whom you have been dealt to move on more quickly, I do find it important because I need to sort out the hurricane and fog 🌪(for my mind needs answers) to find and enjoy the sunlight ☀️ in the healing progress of finding peace 🕊
