Denzo, when I was awakened, I was attacked relentlessly and exploited by narcs. It was unbelievable. Now that I'm awake, it's less frequent, and I'm better able to detect narcs before they're able to fully enter my personal space.

Ask God to show you your wounds then ask for healing, forgiveness, and deliverance. Alot of us don't know where we are wounded so the narcissist tries your triggers i.e. abandonment, you have no friends, push-pull, food, give and take, etc. When he finds the trigger, he's happy.
Yeah I can confirm that this is true as I had a similar experience with my ex-wife leaving me for another man and it left me with a deep wound of insecurity around being abandoned and comparing myself to the other men who had more money than me and so I ended up having a series of narcissistic relationships that lead to me awakening to what it is now that I’ve found this channel Gracias a Dios 🕊️
This is true . . . I told my ex hubby all about the boyfriend I had before him . . . Everything bad thing he did to me . . . And guess what , when the narc started narcking around , he did to me each and every thing that my former boyfriend had done to me !! And I couldn't leave cause we were already married . . . and I was expectant . . . I left 22 years later . . . The funny thing is that he also had his share of sad stories . . .

We are good humans who think well of others and give others the benefit of the doubt. We project our goodness onto others (e.g., narcissists). We have a certain innocence and naïveté because we would never treat other people that way. We can’t even conceive of it. Our minds don’t even go there. What did we know about gaslighting, future faking, triangulating, and all those new terms we’ve had to learn upon awakening. We don’t do that to other people. Maybe we had narcissistic parents and we were conditioned to tolerate the intolerable. Narcs look for people like that, who are patient and long-suffering and who “endure to the end.” No good to extend that kind of goodwill to narcissists, sociopaths, and psychopaths. They won’t appreciate it. They will just abuse you and your good will. Sheesh! Take the nearest off-ramp when you meet one in the future.
My father malignant narc , after divorce with bpd I thought I would be ok but my aunt and his son malignant narc almost killed me , I think after awakening we have to work on nervous system I couldn’t say no before and was thinking everybody is good I knew something is wrong but it was normal for me bcz my father would abuse me 24/7 .

You gotta keep them at a distance and don’t see them so much to give space to think about everything they are doing, saying and how they treat you along with 1st & foremost YOUR GUT FEELING and how certain parts of your body feel when you are around them.
I realized that my narcissit ex was a demon when i was in my room with the door shut and he was in the living room watching t.v when i was reading my bible and burning frankinscene he was very angry and yelled at me.. "what are you burning it smells like a church in here' his eyes turned black and i distrupted something very dark i said to myself.
