But I was in deep at that point, had moved in with him, tried to "get through" the difficult times (help him with his problems - looking back I see it all now), I didn't know anything about narcissistic behaviour at this stage, just confused by the chaos, I'm a person who tries to right things, after 4 years I finally realised this creep would never change and I got out. Away. When I was leaving, he goes "are you happy now?" as if it was my bad behaviour that caused the mess .. and I said 2 words to him. The second word was "off" and the first was a four letter word beginning with F. Am I proud of that? Heck yeah. I never looked back. Free from the demonic energy, chaos, anger and all that went with him. Hallelujah peace and love to all creatures great and small..❤.❤❤ ❤❤❤❤
You are exactly right. And it’s been very hard for me to accept that my ex and our adult daughter are evil. I feel guilty and queezy in accepting them as they are. But at 62 and 37, they are 2 covert narcs connected at the hips. My ex enabled my 4 children to do anything they wanted, would not discipline them because she didn’t want them to come to me, and my daughter is ruining her own 3 children. Narc mothers don’t care about their children and helping them grow. They want to make them dependent so the children will never leave in grow up. Totally about themselves and getting their way. That’s all that matters. And they leave massive destruction in their wake that lasts generations. AND IM THE BAD GUY!!! Crazy crazy crazy.
Arye true. I'm a Blackbelt kickboxer and I was in both Wales international kickboxing and Wales karate team's, quite fit and slim. However, when with my two ex NPD wives I'd blow up and become all bloated and overweight, even when training and dieting. Which isn't my natural shape, even at age 50. But when I wasn't with them eating more junk food, training a little less, my weight would come back down, not ripped and trim, but more my normal weight. How bonkers is that. My ex-Narc once asked, “Do you think you can love me with this darkness inside me?” He knew. I was naive enough to believe that my love could help him heal and grow spiritually. He didn’t want to change in spite of all his professions about wanting to be a better man, willing to go for psychotherapy, etc. My pronouncement upon leaving him was, “I can love you with this darkness inside you (because I am a loving person) but I cannot live with this darkness inside you.” I would NEVER repeat that experience, now that I understand narcissism. (Thank you, Paula, for all your insight and teachings.) I pay attention to red flags nowadays and take the nearest off-ramp when I encounter these personality types. This is what I've been wrestling with. One priest asked me if my narc is bad or evil and I had to say I don't know. But I've thought about that alot. I realize my struggle was with acknowledging a close member of my nuclear family has grown to become truly evil. Before that, I first thought he was stuck in a growing stage, then I thought he had a disability like autism, then just jealousy and spitefulness with a good dose of unforgiveness, then influenced by the occult and self deceived. Now I realize that however he got there, he's basically a thrall of the devil and he is evil.

This is the best description I have heard so far...I lowered myself and at times, reacted. The guilt associated with my reactive behavior was something upon which he capitalized. As a nurse, I noticed that when a dark person came into the ER, nurses and doctors reacted! Here we are, doing "light" work...working hard to care for patients. A dark person would try to manipulate, trick, insult, act indignant even with the best efforts and it drained us more than a bus full of trauma patients. These evil people target good people because they know we will react to their evil. Another evil person, well, they would go along, look the other way, or simply encourage. I had a patient that admitted she was a human trafficker and was awaiting trial. I knew before she said anything. That is what being with a narcissist will teach you. Don't listen to their sob stories, listen to your gut.
Exactly right!! Narcs bait us to get a reaction and then criticize and blame us !!! It’s inverted thinking and one of the best examples of their disordered minds. Up is down. Right is left. Black is white. They call good evil and evil good. As we are warned in 2 Timothy 3. These last days are treacherous and cruel and it’s getting worse, destroying individuals and families and organizations. The mind set in the flesh is death. The mind set on The Holy Spirit is life.
The worst argument my ex husband and I ever had was on the night of Halloween. We had been married less than two years. He absolutely drove me into a rage. I have never behaved like that before or since -- smashing things related to our courtship and marriage. If I'd had a gun, I think I would have shot him. It's horrible to know that about yourself. Because of him, I have to live with knowing I am capable of murder. It took several more years to figure out what was happening. One day, as he looked at me, close to my face, I could see blackness in his eyes. I realized, he wanted to destroy me. I didn't say he wanted to kill me. No, the concept that came to mind when I looked at him was my destruction, annihilation. THAT, is when I realized his true nature. Some days, he could be kind and really seemed to be trying to be free. I'm convinced he was almost entirely possessed by the Spirit of the Evil One who knows only to lie, steal and destroy. I'm not saying he's not responsible, that he lacks the ability to behave differently. I'm simply saving there is a spirit at work in the world and some people give themselves over to it. Living with him was truly a horror.
I had a "soulmate" ( I thought he was). 32 years later and learning from your channel, i can see he is a covert narcissist. The strange thing was I all relate his strange behaviour as , trauma and I forgive him. But one day I had a dream. It was long before my enlightendment about Narcissism. I was dreaming that I was talking to my "soulmate" empowering him in my dream and really want to help him as was my wish all this 32 years. In my dream there came his duplicate. The real "soulmate" was sitting next to the demon-soulmate and I realized in my dream that my best friend/covert narc/soulmate was long ago - replacet by this demon entity. It was so scary.
I had a similar experience. I met my ex when I was 13. We dated when we were young, and stayed friends (not extremely close but caught up every few years). He was a gentleman when we were young. When we reconnected in our late thirties, what he served me I never saw coming. The other day I thought the same as what you said.. that he's been replaced or infiltrated by something very dark and dangerous. He's not the same person I knew years ago. I had dark spiritual experiences when we were sleeping together. I never had those when we did when we were younger. And he knows something is wrong and can't control his demons. "It's not you, it's me and I mean that."
You are absolutely right Paula!... They are the devil's advocate, if not they are the devil in flesh. No matter the relationship you share with these creatures, whether parents, siblings or spouse - They are all sadistic and diabolic and so will find great pleasure when others are in pain. They will pour salt in your wounds. They will suck you dry and leave you for dead, even still while professing their fake love and care to you.
Everything happened as Paula said. The similar pattern people experience is quite incredible. I never thought I had so much in common with people I've never met in person, but those who have experienced the narcissist, we know what we know. I have never been religious in my life but after the 14 years of bad abusive relationships I’m realising there is definitely something there. Good and evil, Light and dark. Positive and negative. No wonder we have built so many churches over the millennia.

Ill always be agnostic on some level, but there seems to be two opposing sides in a higher and/or lower dimension fighting for control of our human consciousness I dont like to frame it as good or bad myself, more so light and dark, keeping the balance of the universe under the discretion of what we call "god"... I feel this may just be one of or the arbiter for this multiverse; many more god-like entities likely exist. All of the things that exist, as well as the expansive, eternal void of emptiness/nothingness, are fractles, spindles, shadows cast from one singular "perfect" highest-dimensional object (ie pure, eternal consciousness) The light works for the light or creation, and the dark works to destroy that creation, and bring it to the realm of non-existence. (Which is contained within the one truse consciousness, so there is an awareness there I presume. People commonly describe experiencing such during psychedelic and OOB experiences.)
Be very, very careful when it comes to religion! In some countries, religious organisations are more than happy, to participate in destruction (direct murder) of innocent people some of their members want to get rid of.. And, unfortunately, I know for a fact, certain European religions are some of the very worst/most evil you can imagine! And worst, they do not stop - ever 😢

Well now i have equipped myself with the knowledge of narcissism and i am identifying the red flag fairly quickly. Definitely would have thought this video content was "woo woo" 4 years ago Paula 😉, but now it resonates so much. I had a Catholic education and always disliked talk of the Devil and was very sceptical of that side of things. But Psychology as you say, can only go so far as to explain Narcissism and Psychopathy. Yes an absence of empathy and conscience could lead a person to do terrible things, sometimes unwittingly, but why the sadism and drive to demolish good people who have never done you harm and tried to love and be kind to you? There is something spiritual at play. Anyone who has been brought so low and seen the unmasked Narcissist knows this. But the silver lining is your awareness of the existence of the light as well as the dark. What you call the holy spirit, that tiny flicker of warmth left in your heart which the Narcissist couldn't quite extinguish. That's who we cling to and ask to help put ourselves back together. It's a gruelling test, but if we can survive it, a brighter future awaits.

I wanted to get retribution for the narc damaging my vehicle which I had to spend a lot on fixing. Then decided not to as I realised I would be fighting a losing battle and preferred to save my energy not waste it. These people are evil, they walk all over you then dump you in the most hideous way. I have locked that door and thrown away the key. Glad to be rid of that dark awful creature!
Similar with disappearing my car. It even offered a 1st payment of $700, although he had no idea what happened to my car. I stepped away. Many months ago. We who end up with a narc have some childhood wounds ( that narky can smell wounds_ snarkys stay as predator _ they like the animal behavior* cause it works for them but not so well for the codependent_ we are snacks that they like to feed on).Energy snacks _ if you have a sudden energy depletion look around you _ your going to find someone with their hand in the cookie jar .
My narcissist showed me a place I had never seen before. It was a place of utter darkness, a vacant space where nothing existed, a place void of light, a vacuum, place totally and utterly abandoned. At the moment she discarded me, she showed me the true nature of her interior. There was nothing there. It is unimaginable to me how someone can exist with absolutely no interior whatsoever. The concepts of evil, the devil and hell could very well originate from this very real place of utter nothingness.
Hi Paula, I appreciate this video and you are completely correct. Most of these people have entity attachments (my words, not yours). It is possible to have these attachments removed (aka an exorcism) but it is up to them to seek help, not for you to help them. And most choose not to do this as they can simply roam free and look for their next person without societal consequence. The entity within them will look at you like a battery. They will feed off you till you're depleted then they'll move on to someone else. It's really that simple. They will do a lot of damage in the process. Get out sooner than later and don't try to seek revenge as this only feeds the demonic energy. I realize this is easier said than done. Looking forward to Part II. All the best to you.

I think the depletion levels has something to do with whether or not you're primary or secondary supply. So if you're "friends" with a Covert Narcissist as I've unfortunately been on several occasions, the traumabond is much weaker than in a romantic attachment, where the Narcissist weaponises sex to get you addicted to them and then really goes in for the kill. With "friends" you're less inclined to put up with the one sided, draining relationship. I cut all of them off eventually, although it was usually with the help of good friends observing and encouraging me to do this as I was too "nice" to do it without backup. This is something I have done no problem since the romantic entanglement. Progress.

I organically went no contact a few times, in-between many discards... & after gaining the knowledge ✨ (Thank you Paula ❤️) due to another situeationship, finally extracted myself from the 'friendship' with my previous ex & am no contact now ✨ A recurring nightmare has come back to me recently; although, when it occurred I felt an evil presence after jolting awake.. In the nightmare, I'd be sleeping & my ex would be slithering across the carpet & climb on the bed to smother me... & when I saw its face it was distorted into an evil grin /grimace & I'd feel petrified... I now wonder if it was more than my subconscious trying to alert me to the evil in our midst... I feel such shame & gut wrenching sickness at times for just how trauma bonded I was to this particular entity 🤢 I'm glad I've finally seen the light though 🙏 Still working through things... Was around 'it' for many years on & off... & there's many happenings I'd not fully understood... It's a winding road to recovery ✨ Safe healing & recovery to everyone ✌️😉❤️

I would just flat out say they are possessed. Knowing that is half the battle, it’s easier to break free from the shared fantasy and get out of the narcissistic fog when your’e armed with the truth.

Due to financial circumstances, however, I cannot escape physically. I fear that I have lost the battle for my eldest and am losing the battle for my youngest. Thank you very much for making this video! I got out but went back. That's when she started devaluing me. Then she started hanging out with her old low-life friendship. She then lied to me cheated filed for no fault divorce, and got pregnant by brown drug dealer soon-to-be longterm prison inmate. 19 years later and she's on her 9th boyfriend since me. Rest assured, the evil that I felt then is her true identity and life story.
Thank you Paula 💕 All through my relationship with the narcissist, spanning 30 years, I could never bring myself to embrace his darkness. This led to constant battles. Unfortunately, as I am a peaceful person, this constant conflict, led to a total discombobulation of my inner peace. This in turn led to my development of an autoimmune disorder. But I could not, ever, agree with his horrid, negative view on life. I'm a very spiritual person, and I always knew I my heart that he was wrong, but my self esteem was so low,that I couldn't see a way out of it. I am so grateful for the information that is now available and it has helped me so much. I just didn't know what I was dealing with back then. They are pure evil!!

Ive had an encounter with an entity that i later drew a connection to a narcissist i had been discarded by not long afterwards... its such a complex, intricate condition, for both subjects in a narcissistic dynamic. I had a narcissistic mother, and never understood what was happening in my life, that dragged me down. I saw the light ✨️ in 2008..and I had been going through a karmic Cycle for fifty years. Thank you for your video dear Paula!!❤ I think I have found in you my spiritual teacher! I thank God for that because like many victims and survivers I feel I'm in an insane spiritual battle... Your knowledge and wisdom are invaluable!🙏 I still live with my narcisstic husband (after the discard) because I don't have the means to extract myself from this relationship and we have two young children... I will pray for protection and not fall into the trap of reactional abuse, despite the name calling, rage, threats, character assassination and tyranny he's imposing on me. Could you possibly make a video on ways to "function" as best as possible despite their malevolent presence (i.e. fighting depression, maintaining a schedule, keeping the house under control and even getting some stuff done), knowing that a narcissist will weaponize everything we say or do? I could not find anything on this subject and it's the struggle of my life at the moment😢. I need to be a superhero (or a woman of valor!) while being attacked by a demonic entity. Im so grateful for your videos Paulas..I struggle with many things, my own demons.. anger, temperament, lack.of control with words, and how i reacted to being raised this way. Bitterness for recreating trauma bonds with partners..not understanding all i do today Im happy to feel just a confidence i never had with no contact, and my higher power. Like that saying about wrestling with a pig. Wont win and you both get dirty. No matter how anyone's situation is played out ~ you arent alone. No age too old to stand up and leave. You aren't them. ....they wanted to BE you. They studied you while you were loving them.. Thats okay. You are human...💜👑⚜️ take a loss, you can "love" someone and still leave. Finish Strong! I did go to jail. But god allowed the judge to hear me ~ let me out, and save my home. He was just with me to take it. You put this in such a great perspective, and this is what I have been saying about them. I stayed in the marriage. Something inside me just kept me in it, or around him and his evil doing mom, and sister. I did leave for a period of time until the lockdown. We actually went at it and it has been one of the most emotionally and mentally painful, insanity I have ever experienced in my life at this point. Also I have always been very aware of who I am as a being of Divine love, compassion and knowledge of having the choice to be who I wanted to be as a person. That is extremely important to know about oneself when falling victim to a borderline personality disordered narcissistic entities that has taken over the person's mental abilities. I knew during the trauma bond period that my behavior was not my own. I literally could feel the... Well let's call it a very strong emotionally triggering force within my core. It was really as if I had to fight it. In an emotional, mental way. The force was nothing I have ever felt before. I fell into such sorrow, hatefulness, helplessness, anger, I even consider suicide for a second. I have children so I kept myself from going that way but it was, so difficult to go through, that there literally is no way of putting it into words for anyone to comprehend what this type of insanity emotional mental pain that it is to withstand. In those moments, being in it at the time, was so hard, however I have been though things before in my life, not as bad but enough to know that I was capable of getting past whatever it was that I found myself in. I knew I could do it and that I should keep pushing through it. I was betrayed by my own husband, his parents and everyone else who knows the family. They hurt my children. I had stuck up for myself and his mom didn't like it. She's controlling. She's everything you described in this video. Everything you said about them is exactly what she did and then one day my husband started doing it. It was like he became someone else. I have been with him since I was 15 1/2, at the time this happened I was in my early 30's, so I knew him or at least I thought I did. His mom is extremely good at mixing up the drama and stepping in to seem like the hero. She always made things so much drama, when they were not a big deal, ever. And she would do it in ways that most people don't see as being dramatic. She did it in a way that made her a loving sweet, kind and caring lady who is always so loving and helpful. Whatever she did to my husband was like he was taken over by someone else. He completely turned against me. I remember one time after I had lost a bunch of weight and felt like myself again. I was super hot lol We still lived with his parents, and we came home one day and she was sitting on the couch with someone else but I don't remember who, anyway this is one of the narcissistic red flags to watch out for, this is their jealousy seeping out, my mother in-law, looked at me and crossed her arms slightly and said "O it's not fair," I was like what ? In my mind I was thinking how strange it was that she would say something like that and for whatever reason my response was,"O yes it is to fair," and I kind of laughed in a low awkward way. I have so many stories about this I could take up this entire comment section. So before I get lost again I am going to get to my point that started this post in the first place lol The point is that I really wish I could have found this video and a lot of your other ones, while going through it all, I had no one to help me but myself and my roommates, my children who were to young to understand what was actually going on. I am very proud of myself for doing this on my own and educating myself in psychology and personality disorders, witch today they have combined in the curriculum of psychological studies, they just recently started doing it. When I started this whole insane experience in my life, the personality disorders, were not considered a part of the psychologists curriculum like it is today. Anyway I want to say that what ever it is that takes you into that darkness and sadness, knowing who you really are as a being and who you want to be as a person, not allowing it to have you acting irrationally and making yourself look bad in front of other people is key. This is a test for all of us to go through as souls and it's a spiritual war that does it's best to get us to step out of our integrity and to be just like the narcissistic energy, to get us to start behavior's that are not ours. To become evil in the way of letting hate and anger control us, to take revenge out on the ones we feel hurt us. The best thing to do is stay in a loving place as best you can. Remember who you are and know that love will win. It took me a lot longer to get past the pain and the triggering subjects, I thought maybe 2 years I would be alright again, but 3 years came then 4, it's been almost 8 years since the big betrayal happened and I am so very happy 😁 I didn't do anything embarrassing and let me tell you that karma is very real and I would say from my experience there are 3 typs of ways karma shows up, good karma and bad, there is instant karma, slow karma that takes years to start showing up, and then there is next lifetime karma. From what I have experienced, the slower it takes karma to show up, the stronger and more impactful it's effectiveness is, good and bad. So be careful with your actions and choice making . Also the feeling of betrayal and the emotional mental pain that is part of this type of abuse can be delt with better, at least what worked for me, is to go somewhere you can be alone for a while and allow yourself to feel how you feel, give space for these feelings, let it go through you, cry scream, yell say whatever you feel will help you get those emotional, mental pains out. This allowing will help your souls growth and you to heal a lot faster. When you feel triggered, go to the place you can be alone and reacting to it in private is best. If you do happen to have another person who loves you and can comprehend The best they can, what your situation is and will be there for you to cry on them that's great as well you can go to them. I had no one most the time, and the people who I did have, really didn't understand but did there best. Remember who you are and don't worry about it to much because it is not forever, you won't forget the experience and that hurt will always be there but it gets less painful and becomes very helpful later on. As much as I feel that is annoying we have decided to learn this way , for whatever reason we do at this time hopefully one day very soon this can be lessons learned never again to be experienced. We should really learn from others experiences and know what to do or what not to do from their experiences. You're perspective is one that really resonates with me. I never wanted to accept the reality of demonic spirit. But in dealing with a narcissist and afterb2 years of a painful "ghosting" by them, I saw the reality of only what I can describe as pure evil. It was not human. How a beautiful young woman's face and voice could distort into ugliness and hatred. No, there was no levitation or strange language, just hatred. Something that wanted to destroy me as well as destroy the narcissist. I believe this was not innate in this narcissist. But habitual drug use (primarily cannabis) opened their soul to the evil spirit. They are not in my life now. At first I was sad about it. But I know, unless the get an actual exorcism, they can never re enter my life. It is so strange.
I've been there; it's almost like reliving it all, when I hear your analysis! The H oly Spirit brought me through -nothing else! There was the death of close family members at the same time; my support was almost all from above! Without it, I would not have survived.

This is what drew me to you channel. Upon the discard I saw two whirling black balls come in my window as I was falling asleep it scared me to my core. I also saw my Angel dog sitting at my doorstep in my dream. I have been trying to get an understanding of this since.
I’ve realized that , though the primary narc in my life is my ex wife who lied her way into an unjustified divorce and took my 4 young children, …I’ve realized that as an empath with an INFJ-T MyersBriggs personality type, there are many narcs in my life, mainly family members;siblings not parents), and also an adult son and daughter who are narcs like their mother. My personality type is rare at 1% of the population. NO WONDER IVE HAD RELATIONSHIP PROBLEMS ALL MY LIFE!! And I’ve always been the scapegoat and overly responsible with an overly developed conscience.

It's crazy because I love God with all my heart and soul and I understand spiritual warfare!!! and yet I was blinded because I knew nothing about narcissism covert narcissism. I did not know that this man came in Sheeps clothing to deceive to mirror To Take everything that was in me. But it was crazy because prior relationships. I had learned how certain men tried to take your finances. And I remember when he started trying to suck. And he did money buying groceries. And it just kept adding up and cooking. And and they got to the point that I started to cry poor. Even though I had money, I wasn't about to give him. Another dime after he was saving his whole check. Putting it in the bank and I was so fooled because he was so kind. Sweet, they call him the nice narcissist!!!. But when the mask falls and it did !!! took 7 years. Wow, a poisonous demon from hell. Paula, you have been ever so good. And has helped me so immensely through this crazy journey of learning. So much about myself, how narcissism started with my father and 3 horrible relationships of narcissism from A. Malignant grandiose an a covert. Never knowing what all this was until I got old. How sad if I only knew this when I was young? I would have spared myself of so much pain but I pray and thank God that I know now and I know what happened to me and for years, I blamed myself that something was wrong with me but it wasn't. Thank you Paula for this video. It helps clearing my mind and again emphasized “love and kindness cannot change evils, it’s dangerous to engage with evils”. The Holy Spirit gives me discernment and strength to walk away from a relationship with a narc for years, I lost myself, lost my identity, this narc groomed me to become a person he wanted me to be, I was being lied to, etc… Thank God for you Paula and May God bless you and your ministry. I pray God gives everyone here strength and wisdom and understanding to stand up for yourself and walk away from the darkness, in Jesus’s Mighty name.
It is evil and calling it a psychological problem because they endured trauma lets them off the hook. Lots of us have survived terrible traumatic experiences and have made the decision not to be evil.
Dr. Ramani said in one of her videos that we never had a word for "narcissists" before. I disagreed. The word is "evil." Narcissists break the Ten Commandments DAILY. 1. lying to get people into bad situations (bearing false witness against a neighbor) 2. stealing 3. adultery 4. pathologic jealousy (coveting) 5. sometimes killing :( etc. etc. And I agree, you can't love a narcissist, because you can't love evil. To me, love is when someone else's happiness makes you happy. It does NOT make me happy anymore to make my narcissistic (read: "evil") mother happy. She HURTS people with her actions and her callous behavior. She steals. She lies. She pits people against each other falsely. These actions make her happy. So, if love is being happy that someone else is happy.... then heck no. I cannot condone ANY of the actions that make her happy because what she does to make herself happy is EVIL. So, no. I cannot and do not love my mother anymore. A demon has taken over her body.

Correct again. For example below . When I'd buy me Mam a pack of cigarettes, though she'd say "Thank you son." She'd fight and resist my gift, not because she's self sufficient and strong. But because in her NPD head she feels weak and not God like for recieving help. Baffling. Fantastic insights again. Thank you Paula.
You come out of it (Jesus did that really just happen!) from being on your knees, almost totally broken, to gradually finding the person you once were. You find your fun & laughter again. I read somewhere that; if you imagine them as being 3-4ft tall with a baby’s bonnet and a rattle, then they are easier to deal with😂. You become grateful for the simplest of things. You start to feel compassion and pity towards your ex, which means you are slowly healing. I wasn’t a believer or non-believer before. However, after going through the most torturous life since childhood, I am 100% certain that God is in us and in everything. I can feel these dark energy people near me at times, even total strangers. The evil doers are many, but that doesn’t matter because they are fighting a losing battle and are doomed for eternity.
