I asked my ex once "if me and your daughter's mother are saying the same exact thing about you, can you take some ownership in your part in the issues in this relationship?" And he said with a straight face "no! You two are just trying to ruin my life!" It was all on me and he could do no wrong.

My ex-husband was a narcissist. I tried to find us a councilor. The person said 100.00! I thought to myself that destesteble miserable nutcase wasn't worth my 100.00 an hour money. He had a massive stroke 3 yrs after I left him. I & no one went back to help him, because all he thought about was him. Lee I'm glad u chose to change & be a better husband & father. I do think a lot of people who were close to narcissistic people have not been loved enough in their lives. At least I was. And it made me sensitive to the love bombing and sudden withdrawal of the "love". I saw this serie "the end of the f*cking world" and the girl in it said something like : it's easy to get confused about love if you have not been given enough love in your life and you can get stuck on the wrong person for a long time then. I think it applies and that it's important to have good self esteem because if you work on that, you can protect yourself from needing the narcissists validation and be able to move on better.

Thank you, Lee! I did blame myself for the destruction of my marriage with my narcissistic husband. Thank you for reiterating that it's not my fault. He beat me down so bad by telling me, "no man would put up with me". I lost my self worth. It's taking soooo long to heal. But with your videos and the grace of God, I'm slowly moving forward

In fact narcissists see you as their competitor. You are always in a competition with them. And sure they want to beat you down with nasty words. You have to know who you are. I always knew that yeah I can be lazy but I also can do much more (it depends how people treat me). You know those people are dictators and I really did give a fuck about what he wants in the end. (I simple didn´t care anymore). But you can bet I become very active when he was gone. Just know who you are (don´t listen to negative people).

He just said He treats me like a queen and I treat him like garbage He stole my bike and gave me another bike that is junk He said this is the bike I bought He was with me when I bought it and tells me no this is the bike I bought😆😆😆😆 I bought a 1962 schwinn He either sold it or gave it someone else He gave me a 1964 Sears that is junk He is trying to tell me I’m wrong I told him I didn’t want the bike and to never come to my home He did it anyway when I was asleep early in the morning And wrote this note telling me I didn’t love him😆😆😆😆

My fiancé has a tendency of telling me that I always blame him and never take accountability of my actions. And it confuses me 😣 like am I the problem? I don’t see myself starting an argument.. if anything I feel like i continuously try and keep it cool with him . When we decided to continue with our relationship since 2018 we had our first and only baby together in 2021 we had a HUGE fight where I decided he needed to go . He was always smoking and instead of that making him a happy smoker he would come in angry and respond to me very aggressively/rude. So I said it’s either us or that . And he chose that. So I said okay you have to go. And his “prideful self “ left. I texted him to think about what he was doing and he continued on with his decision saying if you don’t like me smoking I’m out so I said okay bye. Then the “ima ask you one more time txts came in” saying .. I found a place to live are you sure this is what you want . I was so confused.. like me???? He chose that over our home/family. Then.. he “gave in” telling me that he wasn’t going to smoke 🍁 anymore and that he was sorry. Only to find out he never stopped he just did it at work and very little so when he got home he wasn’t high anymore . And we were good 🥲 his attitude was different we were getting along. And the withdrawals started happening when he didn’t have work and couldn’t leave to smoke . Because he would just be home . And that was like a week.. and he would tell me that I didn’t care about him .. how can I just let him be like that and I gave in to him only smoking to go to bed. And then to bed and when he works … and now I’m stuck again with him being rude to me. I’m not going to say I don’t have a mouth on me but I refuse to let him get me to that point again especially with my daughter who’s watching me at all times . Idk what to do. 💔
