Like a 3 year old that learns an inappropriate word. If you give them an over abundance of attention they will continue. Ignore the behavior completely!! No reaction !!! They go away and try something els!! Yah, works with the grandkids too.

This guy is absolutely right. You can get angry and call narcissists a piece of ..it and every bad name in the book. However, narcissists are happy and satisfied because they get a reaction and they will get attached to you. Just don't react and they will look for other sources. Don't feed narcissists.

Bro, ive built back up so many new bridges, been patient and go out of my way to rebuild. Its a pattern and apologies are no longer accepted. It doesnt mean anything cause they say im sorry and that only goes so far. I live with one. A misrable sob thats sheds negative energy like a mushroom shedding its spoors on the wind.

Funny analogy, he started as a nice catch on the line, then I found myself entangled, feeling tied up, realizing he was no fancy fish, just a shark! Now I do feel he is circling the boat and wants back in, stuff on FB to provoke me to react. Hard to get they will take any supply or attention they can get, nothing changes.

He literally used to walk up to me an start poking me hard in my chest, he just kept poking harder everytime..then i knew what was coming next. The head butts would follow till id go down..
