The only difference is to make it cooked in its skin with hot stones. If you see, they are not fully opening animal outer skin, just from the bottom they r taking out the flesh and bones. then put back shredded meats into the skin with some veggies salt and w,ever u like the dressing and as well as hot stones, it gives special taste to meat, also has traditional medical quality if you can hold between your palms. Like these, there are lots and lots explain, cant put it all in comment. We have even special way to shredding whole animal body, cleaning intestines etc. . , never just cut it into pieces
Actually mongolian vegetarian and vegans are actually fine with it. For vegetarian there is a lot of options other than meat like egg, milk, tofu, cheese, curd etc. And mongolian vegan recipes are so hearty and tasty. When there is no meat hot meals works wonder tho.

What a silly question. It has been scientifically proven that heart disease and diabetes are more caused by the ungodly amount of hormones and preservatives that are in prepackaged meat. I see more naturally grown livestock in Mongolia than anywhere else. If this is just some hissy fit you are throwing just to make a case for enforced veganism then you should go to that douchebag jamie oliver and not watch Artger. They have survived for generations in such harsh climate. They care for their livestock and they use the whole animal. They do not torture their livestock like western ranchers, Mongolian herders take pains to ensure that their animals are cared for, fed with love and not mistreated. They do not let animals suffer unecessary pain. Stop crying over something that has to happen for survival. This is why everyone hates vegans and veggie bois. The constant crying... Survival is key. These people are amazingly strong and dedicated. To live in such brutal climate and not whine and cry like sissy vegans takes some doings. This is the land of the greatest warriors. They owe no one any explanations.
