Chuck all your veg in a pot boil it until its cooked , mash it all with lots of butter add fried mince and onions , add a couple of beaten eggs , make little patties and fry them for five mins , don't forget, to salt and pepper, paprika the mixture , you can add garlic, curry powder , chilli, whatever you fancy . You can do that with anything , bacon , chopped chicken , go for it ,sprinkle with grated cheese just before you take them out . Yum yum 😋

Arriving at Devil's Back Passage sounded interesting but it turns out a herd of bovine beat you to it. That bull was obviously the 'chair'man and kicked everything into touch. Paul was brave tackling that cow with only a fold up chair rather than a Cape and sword. Cows with young calves can be dangerous, particularly if you have a dog with you. You would be ok Helen with Bruce, because he is a Bull dog. Although to be fair he doesn't look like a bull. That body fan seemed complicated. It would probably give me a stiff neck. I might try it in my underpants... Weyhey as Heidi would say. I see you are trying hard to become a chef and cook breakfast. Question... did you ever manage it? The cooked dinner seemed promising even though it was challenging for you. Chopping the veg without losing a finger was some achievement. I bet you made a meal fit for a Prince... (Whistle...) Here Prince...

Ah, farm life. The farm next to my grandparents had a tree along the fence line and my idiot cousins used to drop onto the cow's backs. Then the farmer would have to come over (his name was Hubert) because some shouting needed to be done in person. Looked like a wonderful place to moor up there. We used to find puffball mushrooms in the cow💩 so there's an episode for your cooking show! That's the way to relax on the river tho. Cheers!

So you have the attention span of a goldfish and are bored after 3 minutes? That is a problem that can not be solved. The wild west way you wacked your camera around the galley top, that was annoying! I wanted to read the label to see what sauce you got! >:-( I will give it another shot in low playback speed. Or you might reply below. I also have a recommendation on music. The seemingly relaxed music you used in the first 8 minutes is treated with technique called compression. To some music loving people compressed music is extremely unnerving and disturbing, because it was invented for a certain special purpose: Compression is used by pop music radio stations, to pump the most volume into crappy construction site portable radios, and deliver on maximum delivery of volume, and it kills dynamics. Maybe Tony can explain or understand the issue at hand. If you can find an example of a pop song in both compressed AND uncompressed sound, you might be shocked for life! Allright Helen, I love you to pieces, and I am all in for a cooking vlog where everything turns into charcoal, ingredients fall in the water: I don't care - it's you! BTW I suspect Heidi of editing out that false start on her folding bike, I have check that out.
