Yay! I am so glad you reviewed this palette. I think you are the only one so far. I think the shades are beautiful. I skipped the Hourglass one this year, but this one has me really tempted.
I’m so glad you liked it. It’s definitely a beautiful palette. NARS palette tend to not sell out and eventually go on sale. So if you can wait, you may be able to grab it on sale.
I’m so glad. This is the first time I really think the NARS palette is a good alternative to the Hourglass. The blushes are very different and if you aren’t a fan of the finishing powders, it may be better (& cheaper)
Thank you for this video. I purchased the NARS Laguna Ultimate Face Palette to take less traveling this summer and was looking at the new palette for winter. Saw the Evil Eye from Hourglass and was looking for comparisons. Definitely getting the NARS.
Thank you for reviewing this! It looks lovely! I'm trying to decide if the bronzer would work for me...I generally enjoy a red toned bronzer, but not an orange one.
I really like it. But I am neutral warm leaning. I’ll see if I can find a bronzer in my collection that it’s close to. If I do, I will share it on my community tab
I'm so regretting for purchasing de Hourglass palette. Oasis Glow gets lost on me and it looks like I straight put glitter all over. I agree Vibrant Coral and Berry Fusion are redundant, the highlighter is super beamy. I think I'm done with Hourglass palettes, last years (Leopard) wasn't great for me either. On the opposite I use my Narcissist palette sooooo much. I think I'm a Nars person.
Oh no. I like this years palette but I agree Oasis Glow is light. And those 2 blushes are just so close. I like it, but after getting this one, I’m honestly thinking about decluttering it. This one is so good and exactly what I wanted from Hourglass.
can you try the new patrick starr foundation and try it with a gripping primer? i heard from someone it didnt work with milk makeup hydrogrip and i generally only use gripping primers as i am so oily and need stuff to stay on all day. really hope u can review it and compare it to estee lauder double wear
Sure, I can try. I only have a small sample of the Milk Hydrogrip, but I will try and see if it works. In this video, I used the Tatcha Silk Canvas and it wore beautifully. Have you tried the Danessa Myricks water serum primer? That stuff is amazing. I have combination skin so I only use it in certain areas, but it works. I used it at Disney World in JULY!!! I couldn’t believe how it kept the oils and sweat away.
