I had the same problem with my Stila pallet that the eyeliner didn't wind but I took it back to Mecca and they fixed it by just kept on winding it :) but it doesn't go back down when you wind it up, but all of them do this!
I have that stila palette too and thought my pencil was broken as well, luckily a friend of mine had the same 'problem.' The actual case is that it just twists really slowly and you have to wind it up for a long long time to get the product out. It's not broken! like so she can see this and use her eyeliner!
a girl i went to high school with went to london beauty school and she now works for estee lauder seems like that is the top of the top for a makeup artist!
If you can get hold of it the St Moriz fake tanning lotion is amazing too but doesn't dry out your skin nearly as much! I have dry skin and I find it just as good as the mousse but not drying :) xxx
I live in Australia too and its so sad that we pay so much extra for products here,its so hard when you have a freelance career, and its so expensive to stock your kit, after watching your channel I go to a few of the online shops you have mentioned and the savings are awesome! thank you, so helpful!

hey! mine didn't wind up either and i thought it was broken as well. you just have to legit keep twisting up and up and up until it finally comes up, it takes a while! :)
I worked for Urban Decay for a while and during training they told us that the hairs in the brushes (including the one in pallets) are actually made from recycled plastic bottles!

i have the in the light palette as well, and i also thought the eyeliner was broken but it just winds up really slowly. BUT mine doesn't wind down so that is a big no no. I LOVE the stila eyeliner because i have really oily eyelids.
PLEASE DO A REVIEW ON THE ALL NIGHTER SPRAY! It would be very helpful if you used it one night going out clubbing, then one day all day at work, and one day and all night at the same time :) x

I have the stila eye pencil too and its not broken its just not retractable so you can only push it up not down. I thought mine was broken too but when I went to the store they said it just goes up really slow.
i didn't know the video was that long until i finish watching. oh well, i don't mind about the duration of all your vids i guess. lauren, please make a short blog everyday so we catch you up everyday? :D
