Hi guys x
I realise that after quite a long break away from content creating that this is a very heavy video to post. It was hard for me to make and has taken me a few months to truely sit down and finish it, but I felt it had to be done in order to help me move forward in my creative journey, and in life in general.

I know you may not have been looking to inspire people with this, but you've inspired me to no end. You've shown such a gentle strength in taking the time you need to heal and recover, deliberately putting effort into taking care of yourself, and allowing this journey take as long as it needs to.
