For those who keep asking what movie/OVA this is from; This is taken from the side-story called "Chikara" (Power). It is Naruto: Shippuuden - Episodes 290 - 295. The animation used for this side-story is different from the one that's used normally in Naruto, that's why it looks different.

Literally would give ANYTHING to see the team that animated this filler arc animate an episode or two of Boruto. This was so super clean, one of the most memorable filler arcs too for Naruto Shippuden.
