Imagine the entire show being reanimated like this, with all of the filler cut out and every hype moment getting the high quality it deserves. It would be so much easier for new fans to get into it and old fans to rewatch it. Still, these ten minutes are fantastic. This is now one of my favorite videos.
@@cerver6765 As someone's who's watched all of the filler, I can honestly say I enjoyed a lot of it. But it makes it so hard to get into it now, and if I ever wanted to rewatch the show, I'd have to invest 300+ hours into it. It's just unrealistic to think anyone has that kind of time, especially for stuff that is slower, less engaging, and non-canon.
@@nachos247 yeah, and also if there was filler it would be another 10 years of filler naruto except remake every week 😂. And you're def right in saying that everyone's grown up and it would probably be harder to pour so much time into it.
Naruto was special. That time was special. Those times will never come back. Sometimes I lived more online with anime than real life and now its hard to balance both
Naruto literally helped me through of the hardest times of my life. My mom passed away last year and I would binge watch Naruto every single day. Naruto is such a kind soul, seeing him continue to keep pushing even when the world was against him gave me so much hope things would get better. This show is way more than a show, it feels like it’s part of me now.
I got into Naruto when I was 11 as well! My dad bought me a ps2 and my first game was the first Naruto ultimate ninja and after a few days since I got that game the anime has started airing on the Animax tv channel as well. I still replay the video games and love the anime! And I also saw Naruto characters multiple times in my dreams as well over the years. This series just has a special place in my heart and motivated me to make my own series as well. I'm looking forward to see what they have in store for us in the anniversary as well!
The original series doesn't need it as much as Shippuden does. I cannot see a reanimation/Kai version happening any time soon though. The original Shippuden did not end even a decade ago yet.
Definitely needs the filler cutting and to be a true to manga version that’s a tad more brutal for the now older audience that grew up with this show. I’d buy a 300 episode, no filler version any day. Put both the subbed and dubbed audio on the discs for the sake of ease, everyone has a choice then.
I don't know why but this made me feel very emotional, almost brought me to tears. Thank you for this amazing journey, such a perfect anime (without 99%of the filler of course) the memories this anime has given every single one of us watching through its manga, anime, video games and movies, will forever hold a very special place in our hearts.
The old school naruto fans that sat through waiting week by week for chapters and episodes, who had to use toonami to watch really needed this. Singing these tunes word for word with tears running down my face. What a journey this show was.
Please tell me I’m not the only one who cried. It’s like my childhood just flashed before my eyes. Naruto means so much to me. I’m glad I existed to see this.
@@BarryAllenBGWell I'm 13 right now and I started watching Naruto when I was 5 which was in 2015 which also was when Naruto ended so I'm just glad I have a chance to wait weekly for a new Naruto episode just like I do with one piece and bleach. I also hope the reason they postponed Is that Mr. Beast finally and actually paid to reanimate the whole series.
It’s just boruto graphics but done better the creators always find a way too flex on poor boruto and b4 someone comes at me I’m an OG naruto fan I was just stating my opinion notice narutos hair is shorter and him and jiriya have the same exact designs as the boruto time arc where boruto goes in time and meets a younger naruto but it’s still heat tho can’t wait too watch this new version
@@khadie6370 in their defense Naruto was made with 4:3 aspect ratio in mind. so, anything to do with the original franchise they have to redraw them and animate them in native 16:9
a series worth remembering. doesn't matter what other people say. it's a series that touched the lives of an entire generation and continues to live on so long as we keep it alive.
Facts, I was just watching Naruto with my younger cousin and he still enjoys Naruto it’s like I did, amazing to see a series that inspired me so much still touch lives of the younger generation
I wanna agree with you, but he did literally steal from Hunter x hunter and his own brother to produce this. It even halted HXH production for a time because of it. Does its impact really matter at that point?
I literally grew up with Naruto, started watching Naruto when I was 12 back in 2005, he was 12, now as a man approaching his 30s and naruto being in his 30s it's like watching an old friend. Watching the OG naruto is like going through a photo album, not watching an anime. Naruto is a show that literally changed my life
Yes yes they care so much about us thats why they are giving us a masterpiece in the form of boruto right?Bro they should have ended the series at end of naruto shipudden.Boruto wasnt needed at all
So I’m 45 years old. My 17 year old son begged me to give anime a try. I’m so sad that I wasted DECADES of my life not watching anime. It’s all I watch now. Naruto and Naruto Shippuden are my favorite shows of ALL TIME. I’ve even started drawing anime fan art. My life has completely changed because of anime 🩵💙🤍
Nostalgia hits hard. Really getting goosebumps everytime. The first battle where sasuke leaves the village gets me everytime. I wish they would re animate without all the fillers…
WHY IS NOBODY TALKING ABOUT HOW FIRE THE FIRST INTRO SONG IS!! The pure nostalgia of this video and every emotion I felt during this almost 10 minute masterpiece.. Thank you Masashi Kishimoto and the whole production Team..
This honestly made me cry. Naruto and Naruto Shippuden was my childhood. I remember watching it back in elementary school and middle school on TV. I also watched the amvs with horrible quality in like 2010-2013. Naruto and Dragon Ball mean everything to me. 😢😢😢
Bro I'm 31 and started tearing up a bit even though I started watching 3 years ago. Minus all the drawbacks to the anime the storylines and writing are just impeccable.
As a person who watch naruto for a long time and played all the games including storm and clash , this was the best 9 minutes of my life😭🔥🔥 i loved this brought back memories
Currently I'm going through some difficult times in my life, and I have started watching Naruto again, fillers included. They bring me some indescriptible joy and motivation to continue with my life. It's probably nostalgia, but Naruto arcs and stories hits different when you are over your 30's. You just don't want them to finish. Thank you for this amazing ride from beginning to end.
10 minutes of just soundtracks and visuals and I'm sitting here in tears remembering all the highs and lows of this beautiful show. If this show got rereleased with these updated animations, I'd tune in every week from start to finish. One of the greatest shows, let alone anime, of all time. Thank you.
As someone who grew up watching Naruto for 15 years, this is the ultimate nostalgia for me. I'm eternally grateful to my Dad for influencing me to watch this with him back in the day when it was only available on DVDs and TV, It sparked my interest in anime :")
Nah I couldn't sit through naruto fillers again, can stomach some anime filler , but narutos , no thanks, maybe except where he meets the six tails jinchuriki before the war arc.
Watching Naruto is always something nostalgic for me, not only because of its message and the moments I lived as a manga reader and anime fan; but also because it was the only anime I watched with my late Father who always cried at the sad scenes and got excited when Naruto surpassed himself and the expectations of others "I want Naruto to fulfill his dream." He would tell me in tears when those epic moments of the series came. And I laughed more as a kid, but when I grew up a year before he left (they still hadn't animated the last part of the War) he was catching up with the series watching the arc where Naruto tames the Kyubi and gets the KCM 1 and the story of his birth is revealed by Kushina.... and there I asked him "why do you like Naruto so much is the only anime you watch with me?"To which he replied "I look at it and cry because in a way I identify with it...I could not finish my studies as a child and was destined to be a simple underpaid worker who knows where (we are from Uruguay a Latin American country) and no one believed that I would go far when I said at 18 years old I will go to the city. I will finish high school and I will be an auctioneer, I will have a family and a house near the beach where every morning I heard the birds singing at dawn...today Joaquin I have it. That's why I want him to fulfill his dream Naruto, because I understand him." And that opened my eyes to many things to value the simple things in life, to be perseverant and so many more. For me watching Naruto is a moment of encountering my Father's life message (which is the same of the series) "Don't give up on the path to your dreams." I still remember how he got excited when I told him the end of the manga and I said "Naruto made it" and he crying he said "I knew I could do it when they cheer for him?" I don't get to see it unfortunately. But for me Naruto is not just an anime or a manga, it's a message and moments that marked my life...thank you Kishimoto for giving the world such a great work of art.
Naruto is much more than an anime, it strengthens our bonds and resembles parts of our identity. Whether its about having big goals like Naruto wanting to become Hokage, having a happy optimistic personality, or having many friends that you love being with, Naruto the anime gives us that special feeling of being able to relate.
we do not care lil boy, bleach >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>
I can't believe I lived till age 28 without watching this masterpiece. Completed watching naruto with fillers last month and found this video. Just heartwarming❤❤❤ the series taught me so much more than just entertainment
Im 46, didnt see Naruto till i was 40, then proceeded to watch it 5x back to back. I cant even put into words how much this anime means to me, and how hard it hits me everytime. Ive watched countless anime over the years….but to me, it will always be Naruto…then everything else. I dont think the surface has even been scratched about how, not only important this anime is, but how deeply it has affected so many people.
@@ceoofgoogle817 This isnt like a 30 minute episode at all lol. They have to go find each and every clip, redraw and reanimate at high quality. Guarantee this probably took 3 times longer or more than one episode. I've done animating for fun.... it aint easy even for the pros
@@ceoofgoogle817 I mean animation is not easy, and to go back and reanimate demanding and tough scenes like these in high definition is more than what they did back then in an episode.
This is too much for my little human heart to handle, all this nostalgia just rushing right back to me as the opening songs play. I remember back in 2005 few years after when this anime was released I was only around 5-years-old watching this on Adult Swim on late-night Cartoon Network and have grown up with these characters. Thank you so much for everything, Naruto, Mr. Kishimoto & the production team. Im hearing young Naruto in my head now saying “I’m gonna be the next Hokage someday. Yeah, believe it!” omg and he really did make his dream come true sitting as the current Hokage of Konohagakure with his face deservedly sculpted in the wall, believe it 💪🏾😩😭😭
This the one my dad turned this on and was like watch me and him always watched this together staying up late just to watch it I was only 5 now I’m 20 and I’ve rewatched it so many times simply put “Classic”
@@jq7889 Haha! Yes it is the one that you have to stay up late-night for to watch and tune in on Naruto’s adventures. You were so young and have grown up with these characters, it feels surreal. “Classic” is best word to use! Best wishes to you ❤️.
@@jaxlannister4367 The other day I cried about it 2 times within the day. And, it’s crazy. I don’t know it’s kind of crazy how we known Naruto as a child, then to a teenager, then to adult with kids 😭? What? All the luck in the world, all of it directed towards you 🙏🏾❤️.
I started watching Naruto with my girlfriend enjoying every episode. And watched the final episodes as husband and wife. Naruto was, is, and will always be part of our lives. Thank you Naruto!
To my best friend who showed me this when i was 10, may you rest in Peace knowing your favorite show still going on and Naurto might be having been over but his son lives on and that i hope you watched the whole series in heaven! RIP Travis Dean Barnett!
@@CorfixAMV he was sadly murdered by his so called friend. They were playing video games and his friend picked up a gun thinking it was unloaded and shot my friend. I miss him very much
Naruto is a big part of all of our lives… I’m laying here on my phone getting emotional watching this. This anime has been apart of my life since I was 8 years old I’m 26 now. I never realized when I was a kid how impactful this show was on me. With these tears coming from my eyes, I truly understand
I will soon turn 29, and Naruto was a big part of my life as well, it taught me many values and lessons that I took and applied. Naruto gave me hope in certain aspects of life.
Shippuden needs a lot of work... They have to shorten episodes, and enhance the fights. Its also begging for a rewrite. Part 1 is really perfect already, its just that the aspect ratio needs to update.
@BIOSHOCKFOXX I would honestly argue that 20% of the entire runtime of Shippuden is flashbacks to the original series. There's so many flashbacks that you wouldn't really have to watch part 1, since you would see 65% - 75% of it throughout Shippuden through flashbacks. (Maybe a bit exaggerated but still, it's a lot) I'm fairly certain this was done not only remind viewers who hadn't seen part 1 in years and inform first time viewers, but to also pad out the runtime so it didn't catch up to the Manga too quickly. With streaming being as accessible as it is today, the series being completed, alongside the series being so globally recognized, viewed, and loved, this wouldn't be necessary. If they reanimated Shippuden and dropped the fillers they could condense dozens of redundant episodes down and make it a smoother watch. They straight up use the same exact flashback 3 or 4 times over the course of 3 episodes in some later parts of the series (5 Kage Summit specifically comes to mind).
I’m literally so emotional right now. Naruto is one of my childhood shows and I watched it every time it was on Jetix with my cousins. I can’t believe a show like this can make me this emotional❤️
I was in grade 4 when I started watching Naruto. I am now 26 and will never forget the times when i had to run home just so i won't miss an episode. This guy is truly my inspiration.
What I like about this is that it frames the story not about Naruto becoming hokage but rather how he’s able to pull his best friend out of the darkness🤘😭
not exaclty this frames him finding his ninja way which gives him the ideology needed to save his friend and become hokage all the battles in naurto are a fight of passions as well as ideology the pain fight is a perfect example when naruto doesnt know how to answer him and respond to his ideology he loses when hes ready to confront nagato to understand him he wins or sasukes 1st fight sasuke understands narutos ideals and agrees to wear the headband in there fight but naurto refues to try to understand sasuke and trys to brute force and loses the only fight that doent have a theme like this under it is kakauzu
Thing is, everyone's pain in the anime is understandable, if you went through the journey of life.... Even at 20-29 years old you would feel all of them, whether it's Itachi's choices, Kakashi's and Obito's pain of losing people important to you, Sasuke's hatred, etc.
Naruto and naruto shippuden were part of my teen years which i continued to watch it through my early 20s at uni it helped me through some tough times and inspired me still does ❤
0:35 Opening 2 "Haruka Kanata" ASIAN KING-FU GENERATION 2:03 Opening 4 "GO!!!" FLOW 3:35 Opening 5 "Seishun Kyousoukyoku" Sambomaster 5:05 Shippuden Opening 3 "Blue Bird" (if I remembers it correct) 6:35 Shippuden Opening 6 "Sign" FLOW (my absolute favourite especially it retells the deaths of Jiraiya and Itachi) 8:03 Shippuden Opening 16 "Silhouette" KANA-BOON (also my absolute fav when Team 7 and Tsunade with other Kage finally reunites to fight Madara and then Neji died in the war)
The first opening that was placed made me extremely emotional since it was my all time favorite, but hearing Silhouette made me so happy inside. I'll never get tired of having goosebumps every time I hear it.
These 10 minute are for the fans, they took the most important and significant and impactful moments, reanimated every single one from zero, take the most popular openings (as popular as blue bird is, it was added during a filler arc, not a main one for the most part) remastered them (higher quality which is hard to explain but to summarize, everything sound better) and they were 100% faithful to the manga in each moment, what a nice detail, PIRROT, MAKE A REMAKE
I was born the same year the anime was aired on tv, growing up watching the anime since i was 5 filled me with joy and inspiration of what naruto did as a child and made me willing followed in his steps, now bout to turn 22 shortly feeling like i watched a story of myself or an alternate version of me going through all my memories and struggles. Like it was a literal anime based of me.
well, thanks to all the other People, Kishi wasnt able to create the direction he wanted. THis starts with Sasuke, who wasnt even planned by Kishi, untill his editor advised, that Naruto need a COunterpart. The series have many retcons and unexplained stuff. In total. "Other People" had more to say and direct in Naruto, than the Mangaka himself.
@@Seelenschwert088 either way, no matter who created it, naruto (and especially naruto shippuden imo) is brilliant so I thank whoever was responsible for it
@@Seelenschwert088 don’t know why you make it into bad thing. Through the entirety of Naruto, Kishimoto keeps reminding us how important working together is. I pretty sure Kishimoto at the end was glad that his editor adviced him to make a rival for Naruto that early on. It seems like he could really project himself and his brother on Naruto & Sasuke this way. Also your last sentence is just a lie
I feel like I just watched the entire amine in 10 minutes. All of those memories flooding back to me in one single rush. To the point of tears at how beautifully tragic Jirya and Itachi's deaths and memories. And the feels keep coming all the way to the end.

I wasn't even born when the original naruto was airing, but i'm glad i was introduced to it by my mom (she was an anime fan at the time) I was only 6 back when i first watched it and it literally filled me with hype that i'm so glad that it was the first anime i've ever watched No other anime will ever fill me up with that much excitement
This is by far one of the most beautiful and original pieces of art to exist in this century. I feel quite emotional as this show has a special place in my heart, especially when it motivated me through really difficult times. Thank you Kishimoto and all the animators who kept this alive.
@Skulz i mean….not saying one piece is bad or anything but I watched Naruto from the beginning til the end multiple times whereas I only watched one piece til the end of the alabasta arc. after that I got bored with it.
I think this show is definitely a gem of the millenial/gen z generation. I got into the show in 2007-2008, and I know people who just got into the show. But this HIT HOME. This show NEEDED a tribute like this, as if all the intros by themselves aren’t, but this is a beautiful tribute to a beautiful work of art. Arigato, Masashi Kishimoto & VIZ media!
@Organic Elephant Yh but Naruto was mostly broadcasted in the West in the early 2000s on Toonami and Cartoon network where millenials were kids and teens. Gen Z were mostly babies then. Plus the shows were played at 6pm or (usually) in the night. Older gen Z might remember it but the rest weren't watching until much later during re-runs and online so I don't know where this 'millenial/gen z generation' thing is coming from tbh
@@Temari_Nara Nope. That's why I put the question on this statement. Check out my other response to see views formed from my life outside of the 'hole'. It's great

Naruto will always be up there with the all time greats. It’s so legendary even kids from 30 years from now will be watching this and appreciate the iconic series like when first watched and experienced it. Thank you Kishimoto Sensei for creating a timeless classic (yes it’s earned that title) 🙏🏻
Naruto was the very first anime that I’ve ever came across. The reanimation that Pierrot did looks very awesome! Happy 20th Anniversary to this legendary anime!

Man this Anime holds a special place in my heart forever. It brought me out of depression and introduced me Anime full fledged! I lived this series from start to finish. Honestly one of my top 5 animes of all time. Thank you for 20 years of laughter, love, friendships, action and just str8 fun!
The naruto openings were so amazing and perfectly captures the emotions surrounding the arc every time. Masterpiece from top to bottom. Greatest anime ever.
