tobi is madara... Madara encourage pain to create the akatski.. madara created tobi as a character so noone will know whos the real leader of the Akatzki is. so yeah...

madara is not tobi. MADARA has been resurected for kabuto (edo tensei). The most probably opcion is about tobi is RIKUDOU SENNIN

Pain is gonna suck, trust me people, he is gonna be one of those hard bosses that once you beat them you will think, OMG, Pain its awesome, but once you play him you'll realize that he is crap.

@squerly93 No Madara is the strongest, he killed Konan, he has the Mangeyko Sharingan and the Rinnegan, and he fought the 1st hokage at the valley of the end. Pain's just cooler

people this is a freaking game we know he would win in real life but i wanna see pain win that's why his name is first in the f ing title shut up n what a tobi battle if u need TOBI to win. reameber its not even saying mandara in the game so he has the personalty of tobi.
