Even if he can , he's superior in almost every aspect like strength , speed , power , destruction etc . But if ichigo can control his vasto Lorde powers , Naruto is done for . If not then king of hell form is enough. Cuz in that form he can one shot the verse.
it didn't make the slightest sense that naruto had beaten ichigo (mugetsu) the guy literally has the same level of his true shikai that can go head to head with yhwach that takes a multiversal tier. (It is clear that true shikai is more powerful than mugetsu, but I just wanted to show that really comparing this form with naruto rikudo mode doesn't make any sense)
