Nas...Kanye. "NASIR". Pretty sure one of us used the phrase "instant classic" at some point. Just off first listen but this project has that sound.

2. Cops Shot the Kid (ft. Kanye West)
3. White Label
4. Bonjour (ft. Tony Williams)
5. everything (ft. Kanye West & The-Dream)

It's been YEARS since I've bought a whole album but we're halfway through 2018 and I've bought multiple. Hip hop finally has some balance again and we needed it. Royce da 5'9, Pusha T, Nas and Kanye reminding a lot of people why we fell in love with hip hop and it was used for more than getting"lit" and getting rich. I'll take real life hip hop over superficial hip hop any day and if the content makes people uncomfortable that just means we still have a lot of work to do. And that comment about people fall into the victim roll too easily is spot on, venting turns into whining if you refusing to at least try to solve the problem. Oh and you guys need go go back and copyright a lot of your videos because y'all always come up with ideas in your reactions lol.

You're one of the few guys who have a great ear for bars and are able to break them down. I seldom see that on youtube and it's refreshing because I tend to break bars down with some friends and they just don't fathom it. It's great to see more young people like me have an ear for it. Love this break down. ❤ "Nas flexes different" yup💯 There's a lot of great MCs don't get me wrong but I kinda feel like when it comes to his classics they're unmatched and incomparable in terms of lyricism. Some rappers have careers spanning yrs with albums every other wk but still don't have an Illmatic. That's why as an artist I feel like he can afford to take his time and only speak what and when he wants, cus when he really has something to say... he does this.

Great Review, Great Reaction Kings U guys was dead on with breaking down this album from lyrics to production wise, Nasir is a Sophisticated boom-bap update version of the Early 90's Boom-bap hip hop records, Production is very detail with Nas voice on it I just wish it woulda been a little longer because of Nas storytelling, The Shorter duration of the Album kind of hurt it from being a classic But it's damn near a flawless well put together collaboration effort by Nas and Kanye I gave it a 8.5to9/10 Beautiful record though! Illmatic, It was written and now NASIR trumps anything Jay Z ever made, we all know Nas is light years ahead of JayZ and it’s not even close or a debate that Nas is and always has been better, he proved it with his his first two albums and ether and is now taking the W with more success and than the surprise joint by Jay and Beyoncé
