He should have gone back to that woman’s house and said we’re gonna be roommates until you get your freaking stalking Demon off me!!!

What’s really chilling is the idea that the exorcist - or whatever her title would be - arranged for an innocent to become an unwitting victim. That is also evil.

That poor man. Also, that woman who cursed him - a random innocent - is truly vile. No better than the demons (literal or otherwise) that torment this man.

I’ve had a similar case with the deafening crashing sound. The house I’ve grown up in for 21 years used to be fairly haunted. We would occasionally see a black figure, which looked like a man with a top hat. Some other family members and friends have had their run ins with this figure. But, over the years as we did more renovations to the house, the paranormal activity became less and less frequent. The very last paranormal encounter I had was by far the scariest, and most bizarre. My friend and I were having a sleepover in my basement. We’re both knocked out sleeping, when all of a sudden the stereo in my basement is BLASTING white noise. We both instantly wake up in a panic, it’s pitch black and I fall over and look at my friend. He’s looking at me screaming, and at the same time I’m also screaming as loud as I can. When I’m telling you it was so loud that I couldn’t even hear MYSELF screaming and I was screaming as loud as I possibly could. After a gain my composure I try to turn the stereo off, but it won’t turn off, panicking, eventually ripping the plug out of the outlet and it’s silent. Next morning, my family heard absolutely nothing, not a peep. My family are polar opposites of heavy sleepers, I can wake them up when they’re dead asleep by just taking a piss at night. Remind you, we were both screaming and it was so loud we couldn’t hear ourselves. Absolutely unexplainable, the horror I felt for those 30 seconds, feeling my vocal cords shake but no scream. The only way I can describe it is if the white noise was literally coming from inside of my head. It was deafening, and absolutely horrifying. I personally haven’t experienced anymore paranormal activity after that which was about 5 or 6 years ago. I still live in the house today. Edit: I hope someone finds this story and enjoys it 😄❤️

Of all the unbelievable parts of the story, I CANNOT believe he was able to call his internet's customer service at 3am.

That's man is rationalizing his way through a haunting, i like it.

I believe what has happened Bill as a similar thing happened to my husband and I in our previous home. We had to get paranormal investigators in to try to remove the 'entity/energy'. It helped for a little while but the paranormal events continued and in the end we sold our home and moved as it became too much for us and it affected my mental health. I admire Bill for not allowing this entity to evict him from his home but we couldn't do it.

MrBallen's vids are fun to binge watch because he doesn't tell the story with a strange, creepy accent and overly dramatic tone. The way he delivers the stories makes it feel like you're listening to a friend over a campfire and beer.

Do you ever think that some kids aren't lying when they say there is something under their bed? Like legitimately how many kids have genuinely dealt with the paranormal and the parents neglected to find it. This is hitting on a whole new level for me.

The most unbelievable part of this story is the super quick and efficient call to customer service, only being on hold for 2 minutes and actually getting an immediate resolution to the problem.

I can only imagine how envious Mr. Ballen's children's friends are of them for having a father who's such an amazing storyteller! If he can scare the pants off of an adult, think about what it'd be like having your father tell you bedtime stories when you're a child as well as he does! 😱

I wish MrBallen did more stories like this. These are some of my favorite ones but I don't think he's done a true "scary" story like this one in a long time.

The one thing I love about Mr Ballen is that he takes it back to the basics. The simple art of story telling is all we need to make our imagination fly. No gimmicks, no special effects, no crazy productions, just the power of words. In this day and age where our imagination is under siege, this format is truly refreshing.

This one is absolutely terrifying. Nearly closed the video entirely around 5-8 times, but it was so interesting, I had to keep listening. And I would rather die than stay in that situation.

He is a good person I hope these things end for him and he can live a happy secure life.

The craziest part of this story to me is that he got a live person from the cable company to help him at 3am. I was like damn what service provider does this dude have?

Yo Mr. Ballen.. I know that I'll sleep tonight with the lights on but for the awesomeness of your storytelling I'll sacrifice my sleep tonight even tho I've been awake for more than 24 hrs.

What struck me about this story was that Bill was described as a person without a very active imagination. Years ago I dated a woman who worked for NASA at Kennedy Space Center and she thought I was a little crazy because I could make myself laugh by telling a story or thinking of a funny situation. It kind of dawned on me that this woman had no imagination. It made me feel kind of bad for her.
