I listened to this series several times. Thanks BBC for this awesome work. I felt like been taken by the hand and guided through this complex mission.

Little mistake in the images: The control room shown in the short video is not the MOCR in Houston, but one of the firing rooms at KSC.

a few thing had to happen according to plan, but in the end it did come down to the pilots, and engineers on board the spacecraft.

Gene Kranz was not a Marine. He was a fighter pilot in the United States Air Force, not the Marines.

THE APOLLO PROGRAM WAS THE GREATEST PROJECT IN HUMAN HISTORY. THE ARTEMIS PROGRAM RETURNS HUMANS TO THE MOON IN 2025. EVERY ONE SHUD BE THERE FOR THE LAUNCH IN FLORIDA!!!
