As a total layperson, I had to stop and analyze every other word... but I got through it and understood the overall sense of the science behind this. What I do not understand is how the general public has no idea about this developing technology and isn't backing this for heading to the front if the funding line for development. The possibilities of this are outstanding and sorely needed in this era.
