Greg Biffle, Clint Bowyer, Jeff Burton, Denny Hamlin, Kevin Harvick, Bobby Labonte, Joey Logano, Ryan Newman, David Ragan, Elliott Sadler and Tony Stewart star in Coke`s new ad called `Harmony` for the 2010 NASCAR Season.
Lyrics:
I'd like to build the world a home
and furnish it with love
Grow apple trees and honey bees
and snow white turtle doves
I'd like to teach the world to sing
in perfect harmony
I'd like to buy the world a Coke
and keep it company

Tony Stewart, the guy who purposely ran down that guy on the dirt track and killed him. I guess he ran out of Coke that day. Ended up putting the Harm in harmony.
@jeeperscreepers8561
@jeeperscreepers8561 3 года назад
You mean the guy that was high, in a dark suit, running down a hot track? Dude was an idiot. Stewart didn’t kill him intentionally, and I was never a Stewart fan. Kevin Ward was a pothead idiot that should’ve never been on that track.
@dahawk8574
@dahawk8574 3 года назад
@@jeeperscreepers8561: "Stewart didn’t kill him intentionally..." Say that you have a gun. You point it at someone you're angry with. You pull the trigger aiming at the ground by their feet. Well what do you know... Your bullet hits them in the chest and they die. It does not matter that you had no intent to kill them. It does not matter that your actual intent was to do no physical harm to them whatsoever. The jury will be instructed that what DOES matter is that you knowingly wielded a lethal weapon where a person can reasonably know that inflicting death was a potential outcome. And the proper verdict here is Guilty. This is why your attempt at defending Tony Stewart fails. Tony Stewart is Guilty. He willfully committed this felony which killed Kevin Ward. Just because he was not charged does not mean he is innocent. Tony Stewart is not the first person to kill another driver as the result of a willful intentional act. And he is not the first to intentionally steer into another angry driver who got out of their car to let them know exactly how they feel about getting bumped off. Here is a road rage incident on the track from 2003: _Mark Skaife vs Russell Ingall, 2003 V8 Supercars at Eastern Creek in Sydney_ ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-ncwxdwNqTgk.html The intentional acts of both Stewart and Ingall are criminal. Neither was charged. Yet both are clearly guilty. Ingall committed Assault With A Deadly Weapon. And in Stewart's case, he killed Ward with his deadly weapon.
@dahawk8574
@dahawk8574 3 года назад
@GN, If Tony Stewart was blameless, as you seem to believe, he had the option to go to court and explain to a jury why he chose to not stay low on the track when passing by Kevin Ward, and also explain why he opted to gun his throttle which kicked his wheels outward, hitting and killing him. Instead of defending his reputation, Stewart opted to buy the silence of Ward's parents. Stewart paid them an undisclosed sum just before the trial started. Here is the video, where anyone can see for themselves that not remaining low around the track was totally unnecessary, and gunning his engine was likewise totally unnecessary: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-qILmIyG6qno.html _1/20th Speed Slow Motion_ ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-Zsyx5dzKGjg.html *_Parents of Kevin Ward Jr.: Tony Stewart 'Knew What He Was Doing'_* ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-HG5S_FtTdkU.htmlm38s
@dahawk8574

@GN Here is a sampling of videos that the jury would have been shown at the trial, establishing with no doubt Stewart's decades-long record of dirty driving, initiating violence on the racetrack, repeatedly taking out other drivers in the exact same way he took out Kevin Ward that night: _Tony Stewart Road Rage Supercut_ ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-uVlO-iMDoNQ.htmlm28s Any jury could readily reach the conclusion that *Tony Stewart should have been charged with MURDER.* ...that he had a very long history of _attempted murder_ on the racetrack. And that August 9, 2014, was the day his history was finally consummated. Here is the video from the courtroom on the day that the judge decided to end the case, accepting the settlement deal: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-tlo28xxFmzo.html While Ward's parents were prohibited from discussing the settlement, Stewart was at liberty to discuss the facts of the case. Stewart refused to answer any questions. He got into his vehicle without saying a word. Ward's mother did speak that day, however. She explained to the judge that she had no viable alternative but to settle. What she meant is that the Ward family did not have the financial means to continue paying lawyers, so none of these facts about Stewart would ever be brought to light by the decision of a jury. It was 4 years after Kevin Ward was killed that this case was finally ended. To this day, Kevin Ward never got the accountability his parents were seeking. If the parents had not gotten outspent, then exchanges like this one would never need to happen. We could all just point to the clear evidence that jury had been shown. And then the conclusion they came to. You are free to deny any and all of the clear facts presented here. The very same facts that jury would have seen. Now imagine that Stewart's defense lawyer's strategy was to repeatedly insult Ward's parents, calling them names as has been your approach here. That's actually not all that big a stretch for me, because I myself am at a loss on how Tony Stewart could be successfully defended by arguing the clear facts. I see what should have been an open and shut case.
@dahawk8574
@dahawk8574 3 года назад
We can also expect that the prosecution would have called other drivers to explain to the jury about Tony Stewart's extremely long history of dirty driving, initiating violence on the racetrack, continually failing to control his road rage. That previous video was the short edit. Here's the longer version, cued up to a deliberate incident Stewart did 2 years _after_ Kevin Ward was killed: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-GOtWN_RXzsQ.htmlh "He should be retired, the way he drives. ...reason... him just being bipolar, and having anger issues. Google Tony Stewart. You'll see all kinds of things he's done. Look him up on RU-vid." -Ryan Newman. Defending Tony Stewart is like defending OJ. Everybody knows exactly who he is.
