Love it, you can see Joey push Dillon down to stop him from getting a good jump on the restart, Dillon repays the favor when he catches him, looks like he ran into hamlin while recovering so thats to bad but still a great ending. This gives 90s vibes
Lagano and Hamlin don't when they do the exact same thing. I'm sick of seeing those exact two guys doing this multiple times in the last 8 years. They deserved what they got that's why Nascar didn't penalize Dillon and im glad they didn't. Good for Austin for fighting for what his father and Dale Earnhardt built. I'm happy for him first time I ever wanted to see him win and he did it in fashion! To the crybabies out there that are Hamlin or Lagano fans, yall got what was comin for a LONG TIME!
@billsmith9737 funny how when they do it its just hard racing..... it felt almost as if Dale was driving the 3 again, took me back! Was awesome. I mean if I didn't dislike Lagano or Hamlin as much as I do that was kinda blatant wrecking Denny. Joey eh that's normal but left rearing Denny was foul but I loved it because he totally deserved it
Someone please tell me they have the mrn broadcast from this race, I was listening to it at the race and I just need to hear it again. Their reaction to the last lap caution, and someone saying, “WHERE IS MY HOT DOG” and then someone else saying, “GET OFF THE RADIO.” It was great.
guy who won race shouldve won race had a 3 second lead when stenhouse caused caution. rcr had to have car in chase people need to stop crying. dillion didnt get win taken away by logano took it back. logano cant complain hes wrecked plenty with 1 to go
Why is everyone talking about Dillon right hooking Hamlin? Dillon was on his right side turning left through the tri oval when Hamlin came up. It’s hard to right hook someone who isn’t to the right of you🤷🏼♂️
That manufactured caution is the real story here... I've never seen a more contrived caution as that one... I can't believe so few ppl see it for that. And ppl are heaping on WreckySpinhouse... but the 41 car made a hard left into him! This is the real, untold, story that warrants a little investigation
It happens way to often, almost like those same few drivers get a bonus on their paycheck to create a wreck right before the white flag comes out lol..
Everyone, if you’re okay with Dillon right hooking Hamlin for the win but criminalize Bubba for right hooking Larson, you have no credibility left. Either they’re both uncalled for, or they’re both fair. I’m personally in the former category
how can you compare something from a mile and a half to a short track? I like bubba its not what you think it is, but just not comparable. Nascar could boot rcr tomorrow and no one would care man, weird defensive strategy.
🤔 Hey A. Dillhole you got 2 people that are going to intentionally DUMP you. You're gonna have a very short playoff run. Wow, 14 years with 5 wins is sad. 🤭🤮
How many wins you got ?… please he could have won as clean as mark martin and he wouldn’t make it out of the first round … harvick in 2015 wrecked 100s of thousands of dollars of cars to stay in the playoffs.. Godamn what a bunch of rule following softies
@@billsmith9737 I'm sure we all have the same number of wins you have. Thanks for letting other people have an opinion. If we all knew we were forced to like the same drivers you like we'd call it billsmith land and not USA.
Woohoo!!! finally glad someone does to Lagono and Hamlin, what they do to anyone in their way to win a race. I ain't ever been this happy since Dale won Daytona! Woohoo
The worst part is that if Dillon didn’t do that, people still wouldn’t be happy with the other winner because it’s Logano and nobody wants to see a Logano win.
You are wrong. I like to see Logano win, but love seeing the bump and run on the last lap at a short track, especially with a car that was very deserving of the win.
Well Logano is one of my favorite drivers and it would’ve been nice to see him win but the 3 hasn’t won in literal years and he had a really good car today and got unlucky with a very late caution so he really deserved this race anyway. Plus the move at the end imo is something most drivers would’ve done if they were in Dillon’s position
Dillon should be stripped of this so called win, it was a dirtbag move by a dirtbag driver, worse then the now illegal move by Chastain that advanced him in points and that move never crashed anyone else.
Austin ran in the top 5 to 10 all night he arguably had one of the best cars all night. Yes what he did was uncalled for but at least here he had an better chance to win in his career in Cup.
Goes to show why Austin Dillon is Trash Especially Considering that His 5 Career Wins are The Result of either Pure Luck or Wrecking The Leader For The Win
@@xking5v he passed both of them during that long run this only happen due to a caution and a playoff system that rewards driver for winning and being outside of the top 16 in points and wrecking drivers
I was hoping to someone mid to win but I didn't want to see a dirty finish like that... at least it was Hamlin and Logano cleaned out so im okay with it
NASCAR has allowed some terrible things to happen on the track but this might be the worst I've seen in a long time. Pretty pathetic that racing has come down to that type of move.
Nascar if you read the comments we gotta get a 1 race suspension for dillion cause it isnt fair to suspend bubba and elliott for doing almost the exact same thing but slightly less stupid that move isnt going to get dillion far into the playoffs im betting he gets eliminated first round
@@AlexTossing so you say dumping one car in front of dozens of other cars and right hooking someone into the wall for the win is racing imma tell you to get out cause you're not a race fan you're only into the sport for wrecks and chaos
If you can’t beat them, wreck them. That is such BS. Lagano stayed clean and close the whole race and then got wrecked. I guess if you are the right team that’s okay to take others out of the race.
How often do we ever hear “Dillon for the lead”. Once a year? Not like he’s a great driver, actually belongs in the xfinity series. And he’s driving the #3 car so….nascrap wants him to win, so don’t foresee any penalty but a slap on the wrist
Definitely no wonder when Dillon get punches in the face - honestly that's scandalous killing opponent's on last lap not NASCAR should be hope he will be defeated in first rounds of playoffs
i hope Nascar sees my post.. I have had it with Nascar and those that can't win races, have to punt others out of the way.. you tell me what kind of racing is this? last time i checked..the winner of a car race is supposed to be the fastest.. the one who has great team support.. the one who drives the best and has the great strategy.. no.. just dale earnhart all over the place those kids..let's shake everyone 's cage , get them out of the way if we can;t pass them.. i have not finished watching one race this year..i found something more useful on my sunday's to do like go out or take a nap.. nascar is now out for me.. it's now out of my schedule.. i was a Petty fan since i was a kid.. and followed nascar throughout the years.. even went to those nationwide races in montreal..but that is it for me.. i'm done..
NASCAR should, but never will, take away a garbage win like this. Dillon is so petty to have intentionally wrecked two cars for the win. Logano and Denny should both dump him in the first round of the playoffs. There will be paybacks. They should just be patient until it counts.
NASCAR needs to rethink cautions. The only one who looses anything is the leader. Everyone else gains. Sure it tightens up the field and makes it exciting but within the last 10 laps it can be a disaster to the team that performed the best or was the fastest. If I had a car the lead with 2 to go and a wreck at the back of the field dropped me back to the pack I would do whatever necessary to win because that’s what the other drivers are doing. Is it racing or a soap opera? ASCAR is going the way of basketball!
I’m an Australian who watches mostly F1, and SVG sparked my interest in your series. But I can’t watch or enjoy racing like this if behaviour like that isn’t penalised or controlled. You’ve got a great opportunity to grow your support, and (non) officiating like this is just throwing it away. Come on, have some backbone, pull it together, hand down a sanction that means something
I understand you’re new, but there’s more of a fighting attitude in NASCAR, mostly due to its roots being in bootlegging, than other sports. NASCAR tries to follow a “boys have at it” attitude. The sport was built on rough racing. The 11 car wrecked himself, and the 22 was dumped by the #3. A familiar sight to people who watched in the 80s and 90s
That was an Earnheart rattle their cage move right there, and to be honest if it was Dale everyone would cheer. Joey and Denny have done the excact same move in the past to other drivers so they dont have room to be mad. Just for fairness he should be fined but back in the day we just called that racing. Congratulations Dillon for the win.
No. That was wreck em because I'm not good enough to beat em. And no, Joey hasn't raced that way. Denny, on the other hand, got his receipt for the way he does indeed race others.
@@racerjason2910 I've seen Joey wreck other drivers before, can't take the heat stay out of the kitchen. This kind of racing happened a lot back in the day and it all got settled on the track one way or another
