Check out the full highlights for the Highpoint.com 400 at Pocono Raceway. In Stage 1, Joey Logano wins Stage 1 with a 0.781 second lead over Martin Truex Jr. In the second stage, Kyle Larson wins Stage 2 with a 0.432 second lead over Ty Dillon. Denny Hamlin took the lead in lap 154 over Kyle Larson and held on to get the checkered flag and record his 50th career win.

I’m with the crowd, I hated how this race ended. They should’ve thrown the caution before they got to turn 3 with 2 to go. And despite Hamlin’s “I did nothing wrong” there was no reason to run Larson up the track like that.

Denny pulling that kind of move with plenty of laps left is embarrassing. Hope someone puts him in the wall next race. And the lack of standards for when they throw caution is infuriating. They threw the caution so quickly when Bell spun out earlier and got going, but Preece spins and sits there and it takes a whole lap to throw it, handing Denny a free race win? Come on

Denny Hamlin has been crowding people in to the wall way too often and when they retaliate against him they get punished for it but he gets away free and clear someone needs to do something about that maybe a few tire marks on his driver side will stop him from doing that over and over again he wants them to back off and let him win that’s not how it works and he knows that but he blames it on everyone else for his actions

I have been a fan for 55 years, I hate what has happened to it. I expect they will punish Larson. No other sport is cheating encouraged and retaliating punished, as Kyle Busch said go to the back of the line and next time it will be fair. I wish I had watched the ball game.

@@indo5359 the issue is that nascrap is not consistent and changes when a yellow flag waves dependent on driver. 9 out 10 times they have thrown cautions for far less wrecking. Usually they throw the caution as soon as a car turns sideways. Its to the point it seems fixed.

Not calling a caution when the car was stopped on the race track until they entered the last lap is absolutely silly. This is exactly why so many people have no faith in NASCAR. Makes it hard to call NASCAR a sport when the rules are so grey NASCAR can choose how to apply them.

That was a mess of an ending all the way around, even for the fans. Denny running Larson in the wall like that was inexcusable (NASCAR better fine & suspend him a race for that) and the caution should’ve been out the moment #41 spun. Top-of-the-line officiating right there. Smh

Fine and suspension for a bump while racing? 😂 They would have to penalized half the field. And we don't want Nascar to be this soft. I get the frustration but we got to look further into what penalizing drivers constantly and making the racing that soft will mean for the sport. They already go too heavy and limit drivers policing themselves too much. Larson just gained a rival. Get em next time. This isn't F1, and we don't want it to be.

Was at the race behind the finish line. He had the caution flag in his hand ready to throw it but instead through the white. Once they got passed the line he switched to the caution flag. Looked pretty suspect as to how it played out.

Kyle came down on 11, Denny didn't even come back up and touch him. Kyle came down, tried to bump Denny and he couldn't control himself coming out of his defensive move and went up into the fence. This was a clean pass by Denny. Great win! JGR

Should’ve been flown a few seconds after that car stopped rolling, instead waits until cars are already back around a track that takes almost a minute to get around. I believe Toyota put so much money into NASCAR that they get to have a car that can out perform every other car every few races, also get cautions to be thrown when it benefits them. As I have been watching NACAR for the last few years everything has to do with Toyota and their drivers and it’s just getting worse where who puts the most money in it get get the handicap of the race.
