The irony is not lost that Dillon was mad at Cindric for what he perceived as a right hook last season at Gateway (when in actuality he hooked himself)

I despise Logano and Hamlin and the funny thing is both of those Assclowns are notorious for wrecking people for wins , you can youtube it it's fact , especially the time Logano punted William Byron for the win about 2 years ago , and I'm not even a Dillon fan , I'm a fan of the Iconic 3 car and a huge Earnhardt fan though . Dillon did what he had to do for his team to get in the playoffs , that being said Yes he will have a huge target on his back

Everyone's blaming Austin but needs to blame NASCAR for welcoming this exact type of racing. Austin was only able to do this because of the idea of the playoffs and implications of what a win would mean. Every single driver on the track on the outside looking in at playoffs would have had the same exact idea. Them saying otherwise is just a PR move for them.

I think taking away the playoff spot is the best punishment. It would make an example that NASCAR won't tolerate dirty driving just to make yourself relevant. But, it won't happen because of who owns the car, the number on the car, and the sponsor.

If Hamlin stays down, there is no contact. Dillon does NOT right hook him, he was riding the lane line the whole time and Hamlin comes up off the yellow and tries to block Dillon or push him up the track like he has done to many a driver like Kyle Larson and Chase Elliott.

It's just NASCAR racing ya'll! Been done for years! Smoke did it to Hamlin in his last regular season race (2016 Sonoma) to qualify for the chase way back in the day.... and everyone cheered! On the last turn, he entered too fast on purpose and bounced off Hamlin's door and bolted past him for the win! As long as you have "WIN AND YOUR IN", this will continue! Sometimes your guy wins, sometimes your guy gets used as a way to win! Suck it up and move on. It does create hard nosed racing. This is what it is all about! 'Make the Chase or Crash trying to!'

You can’t conflate the 2 separate wrecks. The 11 pretty much spun himself off the 3s nose. Go back and watch the in car camera of the 3, if you focus on the white line for reference you will see what I mean

They probably will do something Tuesday but I doubt they will suspend him they will try to do something probably a hefty fine so it doesn't carry over and we have Penske and Toyotas retaliating they have always done something with intentional wrecks doubtful but possible could see a 2 race suspension with a playoff waiver because if he's suspended he's ineligible we will find out Tuesday what they do but I do suspect there will be something likely a fine if it was just the shove of logano he would have been alright but the dump of Hamlin was too much

Absolutely a line was crossed! How do you put the genie back in the bottle. I was disgusted by it. If this is okay with NASCAR, I don't know where the line is anymore. At some point a line is going to be crossed for NASCAR says something and everybody's going to jump back and point at this finish and clean they're not consistent

Ya know what not a Dillon fan and not a fan of Lagano or Hamlin but ya no what rubbin is racin he had a shot to win and he took it. Hamlin and Lagano have won plenty and they both have been guilty of taking people out and they are both still sitting better then Dillon get over it and move on

That was good short track racing. I didn’t see anything wrong with what he did as long as no one got hurt. It’s all good. He didn’t win in two years so he got desperate can’t be mad at someone about that. NASCAR is hard sport to win in. He might never win again, but tonight he wasn’t going to walk away a loser.

Because logano was 5 car lengths ahead of Dillon at corner entry. He made up about 50ft in half a corner. He would have hit the wall harder than the 11 did if he wouldn't have hit logano.
