It's Race Day! 72 Nascar Diecast racing 6 wide down the Super 6 lane Raceway onto the wide straightaway and down to the finish. Let's see who takes it.
Another Great Racing Tournament 🏁 Guys. Enjoyed a lot. Waiting for a race with that bigger scale nascars that you have picked at that flea market that day Chris 😀 😉
The "rubber tire" cars may not be as fast as the other cars, BUT they also don't slide as much, they hold their lanes better, or they seem to anyway. I know on my older Sizzler Raceway, the problem with the plastic wheels is they slide really easily. Ending up backwards, sideways, etc. When I run JUST RUBBER Tires in races the cars mostly stay straight and true. If they "bump" they bump, but they don't automatically spin into a spiral. I love ALL racing and I've really become more into the track you have 👻👻👻 Ghost. By that again I mean the free lane or NO lane races. I'd LOVE to see just a straight out rubber tire 🏁race🏁 on this track. Nascar, Auto World, Johnny Lightning, M2, Greenlight and even the Majorette Deluxe. Now these aren't cheap cars. Heck I have 3 Tomica Limited Vintage pieces, a Honda Prelude, a Nissan GT-R, and a Mazda RX-7, that ran me $30.00+. And yes I have raced them. I'm more of a racer/collector. Yes I collect and display but my love has always been racing. Until I became ill. Now I'm hoping to focus on dioramas, garages, parking lots, and ⛽Gas⛽⛽Stations⛽, also a mountain ⛰ trail racetrack is hopefully on the agenda, but we'll see. GREAT VIDEO as always! Thank you for your dedication 🙏 and your time you place in the hobby. Right now so many places aren't even seeing ANY Mattel die-cast cars. Our Wal-Mart has been bare for over 2 months. I have to live vicariously through you...lol. I'm joking but it is extremely difficult, very tough to even find 2 or 3 decent castings. So thank you for your efforts and again your dedication to our hobby. God Bless!
I really love it when cars spin out and crash at the end of each race. Loved the video and the music was pretty cool too. The song sounds like smoke in the water from Deep Purple
Seeing the car that fell apart made my heart hurt. I know that it's just a toy, but seeing one disintegrate like that, you just hate to see it. But, as is said in old school NASCAR Commentary, "Rubbin's racin'." I guess he had an Earnhardt moment and ran outta racetrack and talent all at once.
Sad part is that was it’s first and only race, but as Chris pointed out it was probably because it was bought on a flea market and the metal had probably melted.
Excellent racing!! The view at 9:56 of the car flipping was fantastic... reminded me of this past year’s Daytona 500! Stay safe guys and Chris I hope to see ya at the pickins!!!
Unfortunately a lot of Racing Champions cars of the early 90s have those issues where they just break. I buy a lot of these all the time and there were some that you can see crumbling in the package. And if they're not they're so fragile that even slightest bump tears them to pieces.
You put so much into this that you should consider model railroading and all the work involved with making a realistic setting for your trains, you would be very good at it I think 🙂
You know what would probably be a really fun KotH for this track? All rubber wheels. They should stick to the track so much better and keep to their lanes. I think it would be a really fun race.
Wow, the lemonade 51 car never actually raced with Neil Bonnet. He was killed in that car during first practice at Daytona first race of the 94 season!
I have not watched this channel in so many year I still remember you under water monster truck one and football one I looked up nascar and saw your channel it brang so many memories I have tried to look for your channel for a long time but gave up but now I found it
Arf, did not know it was this kind of trackset, so my Matchbox car lost😢 But it was a beautiful race. Thanks a lot for this great time spent with you guys. Can’t wait to see the new playset for the big diecast nascar cars !!! 😀😀😀 i saw in your unboxing that some seem to run fast ! 😍
What do they use for the track surface? I want to build a similar track. I was thinking on using skateboard grip tape to simulate asphalt, would probly keep the cars from spining as much but idk how much it affect speed
The Winners Circle Retro Nascar castings from the 60's, 70's, & 80's look amazing, but they don't always roll the best. But again they look great! LOL right after I typed this the #2 Winner's Circle Dale wins the 🏁race.🏁 Whoops.
