Yep Larson was overly aggressive today for whatever reason. He’ll be fine the rest of the year I’m sure though. Everyone has a bad race here and there.

Agreed. They are some of the best LOOKING race cars we've seen on track since the 1980's Olds and Buicks, and I like that the bodies are symmetrical, but the racing just has not delivered.

I think the really good NASCAR drivers are some of the best but the standards of driving are so much higher in IndyCar, Kyle Larson done proved he can run with the best IndyCar drivers, Scott Dixon is F1 material, and Will Power has wins in multiple series, and Scotty Mac is a champ over in Australia...I'm honestly surprised SVG picked NASCAR over IndyCar, and he'd probably be a great IndyCar driver.

I'm a larson fan, but that was clear cut him loosing sight of the ball thare. He was more concerned with getting to the 11 than he was making sure he didn't f up. And his f up destroyed lot of guys day. And just like me in my sim league, no body who's race was messed up because of it is going to care or want to hear about how the 11 did him dirty earlier in the race. He's not a bad guy for this but this is what I'm talking about when I say nascar fans and drivers are hypocrites. Now when some one gets loose under him one day (and it will happen) larson fans will have forgotten all about this and will be on about he got crashed and the other guy is a dirty driver.

Yeah he was trying to move Hamlin and lost it. Restarts are not the best time for contact but it definitely tells you what the Hendrick Monday meeting last week was about though lol.

And Joey brags about blocking. But Larsen took out KB at St. Louie. KL took out Elliot at Watkins Glen. KL goaded Ty Gibbs and another driver into crashing in the Watkins Glen Xfinity eace. KL crashed Chastain and a quarter of the field. KL ran Bubba into the wall. He doesn't own it. He blames it on just racing or miscalculations. Yes, he's stealth.

I don’t have a problem with anyone driving aggressively but when you take out people you’re not aiming at that’s definitely not good. Larson still gonna win the regular just has to do his thing. No one takes Denny complaining about how anyone drives seriously. Definitely a tale of two races. Thanks X-man

@@BolognaBurger Agree, Larson got out over his skis a couple times, not going to try to not see it. He's always up on the wheel, wouldn't want to change that. It's what makes him great.

You use the strategy that works best for you. Others tried to do the same strategy, but Paul Wolfe and Logano made it work for them. I hate gas saving races, but you win races and championships by using the best opportunities.

@@shangron5796 Joey turns it on when it counts. Remember 2022 I don't think he had more than one win. Even this year with his relatively poorly due to Ford being behind, he'd always find a way to inch up in the standings. Now it doesn't matter since NASCAR has the one in and you're in rule So it's a matter what he does now, which is true for all of them.

I thanked God for the rain delay. I got to watch 2 golf matches before the racing even started.

NO! Let's get rid of restrictor plates, the play-off system of choosing a yearly champion, laser compliance, penalties being levied 3 days after the race, bulshit trophy dash racing, specifically Allstars, clash and others. Rain delay winner choice. You know dumb-ass stuff. Overtime, yes. Pit strategy stays.

Joey stayed ready and held off everyone when things bounced his way huge win for them. Even year streak might have just activated

I got no problem with it either he was going for it. But objectively he caused quite a few cautions so not his best work by far. He’s still gonna win the regular season though. And still the man to beat I think.

Logano, Blaney, Hamlin just as bad at day ending DNF creating manuevering on the track. Check years gone by footage. Some time they come out of nowhere just because they owe you one.

2 tire and no tire stops ... don't need bigger tanks. Could you imagine the long race setup after the fuel weight decreases ... how fast will Goodyear wear out with more weight to start with.
