The ending of this is what I imagine Scott Redmon's 2001 flip was like in the Goody's Dash Series. I wonder if any video of that exists? Does nascar even have their old Dash series broadcasts? They would be great to see in original quality, since the only footage we have on youtube is low quality.

@@iPacing As far as I know, there hasn't been a national-level NASCAR race with three or more flips at least since 1994 (when roof flaps came along). That was nearly a first. I can think of a few other races with multiple flips in the roof flap era: 1995 - Talladega Busch (Xfinity) 1997 - Daytona 500 1999 - Sonoma Cup (only non-plate race IIRC) 2000 - Daytona Busch (Xfinity) 2005 - Daytona Trucks 2005 - Talladega Cup Fall 2009 - Talladega Cup Fall 2016 - Talladega Cup Spring I may be missing one or two.

Racecar drivers are no strangers to the potential dangers and physical strain that come with their profession. But the generous compensation they receive serves as a testament to the high risk and high reward nature of the job. While the driver in question may have sustained some bruises, they're likely to bounce back just fine. That being said, Joey's comments may give the impression that even minor injuries are prohibited in racing, which is not necessarily the case.

Pack and plate racing is just utter garbage. 😒 Can't wait to get back to a normal track. I don't even watch these races, but this popped up in my feed, and I wanted to make sure nobody got hurt in this absolute nonsense. Since nothing was mentioned, I can only assume everyone was ok.

Racing at this track is nothing more than rolling the dice. Foot to the floor , hang on and hope you dont get killed in the "big one". Not a matter of if , but when , someone gets killed. NOT worth it.
