Being a Pakistani i highly condemn this kinda attitude and stupid criticism from Naseem Vicky and Shakeel sahb on Kapil's comedy. He is such a talented guy and almost all Pakistanis who watch Kapil's show admire his comedy and his extra ordinary sense of humor. I personally like him and his show.
This is the difference between Indian and Pakistani industry. Bollywood and Indian tv gave these artists work, respect and huge money and that’s how they are paying back. One thing I don’t understand why they always needs to compare themselves with Indian artists,A good artist Believes himself he doesn’t need to criticize others to prove himself. I was a fan of shakeel but not anymore.

You have no idea how talented Pakistani theatre talent was back in the day, they were funny by default and made impromptu funny comments to heckling crowds. If people had recording devices back in 80s and 90s the people would have seen live comedy roasting. This cannot be compared to scripted comedy no matter how funny it is

I was down with flu for a week. Binge watched Kapil sharma old to new. You people don't know what you are talking. Kapil Sharma delivery is up there. He knows his stuff. Even a simple sentence he can make it seem different. Infact you were very average in those episodes.
Pakistani artist who have worked in India or for Indian projects should not say bad things about us. They can choose not to praise or glorify us but at least don't be disrespectful towards any country where one makes a decent money. ❤️

it's not about money, it's about the kind of compliments they collect from India's biggest stars, Shakeel was praised by every single guest. Shakeel shouldn't have said what he said now but he literally praised Kapil's talent in nadir ali's podcast.

What i find strange is that, instead of appreciating your fellow comedians, they are insulting them. Comedians from both countries should share their experiences. And if they want to learn from each other, that means they respect that person.

I dont agree with shakeel sahab's comments about Kapil sharma show that everything is scripted or planned beforehand.no sir,I have been the part of the two hour show with prem Chopra and ranjeet.whatever everyone did was just spontaneous and nothing was planned.kapil sharma is a gifted humorous actor,who speaks witty unplanned lines with a straight poker face.i have not seen any writer on the sets to prompt or guide him.he has a natural flavor of an effortless comedy and sense of timing.there are no teleprompter on the sets.allah has given him so much popularity,fame and respect and we must respect him as an actor,who has the knack of making people laugh at his own will,instead of finding faults in his talent.lets accept the fact that he is the best entertainer with his sense of comedy and one liners.

Just because of these type of derogatory comments about our actors, film industry and other persons, we now don't want to invite any Pakistani actors/comedian etc to be part of our shows. These two persons and rauf lala and Ali got huge respect from Indian stars and the public as well. Got money also. Anyone can see the respect given to Omar Sharief by Shekhar Suman and others when he was invited in India's Laughter Challenge The Pakistani actors come India to get fame and money but after returning Pakistan, they always passed derogatory comments about India

He is more popular than any young stars like Kartik Aryan, Ayushman Khurrana, Vicky Kaushal, etc ... They stand nowhere near him in terms of popularity and love he gets from the audience. He is almost equal to a supertar over here in India.

It may be popular, but is far too vulgar for a decent person. I strongly dislike how they objectify women (even from the audience) and their "Tu, tera, teri" language. It´s not everyone´s cup of tea, but like you said..apparently quite popular.
Whether comedy is spontaneous or scripted, it doesn’t matter. What matters is how well u deliver the joke. U can have the best possible script prewritten but if the comedian does not deliver it the right way and make people laugh, everything fails. Because comedy is the only genre where once the actor is performing, everything is dependent on him. No one else can do anything if the performer doesn’t perform right. So even if Kapil says scripted stuff, that does not matter. What matters is that he actually delivers the punch right and people do laugh. Actually I would say it’s very unprofessional if u don’t bother to write a script and come on stage absolutely unprepared depending on the situation to create jokes.
Well u must agree on one thing kapil shermas comedy is 90% double meaning dialogues i saw his show once and got bored in just half of the show comedy is not being stupid
@@maryamnazir512 and I have seen a lot of stage shows of late Umar Shareef where he is making fun of Hindus. And by Hindus I don’t mean just the people but even Hindu Gods. Why did he have to bring religion into all of his stage shows. Literally ALL of them. I’d rather hear double meaning jokes and laugh instead of laughing at somebody’s religion. So in my opinion Kapil Sharma is far superior than late Mr Umar Shareef. Somewhere even he himself knew that, that’s why he always ridiculed Kapil whenever he got the chance.
