1 tbsp garlic powder
2 tsp onion powder
2 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp salt
1 tsp msg
1.5 tbsp dark brown sugar
1 cup (240ml) frying hot oil
►For the Sauce
100g butter
1/2 cup hot sauce
2 tbsp white vinegar
2 tsp worcestershire
1 tbsp pickle juice
3 tbsp water
1 tsp sweet smoked paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup buttermilk
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tsp sugar
►Fries
1kg or more potatoes
►For the Dredge
2 cups (240g) plain flour
2 tsp white pepper
2 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp garlic powder
2 tsp onion powder
1 tbsp smoked paprika
2 tsp salt
2 tsp msg
►For the Wet Batter
2 large eggs
1/2 cup pickle juice
1/2 cup water
3 tbsp hot sauce
2 tsp Nashville spice
1 tsp salt
1 cup plain flour
Also, 1 cup flour in another bowl
►For Frying
1 litre oil
►Quick Coleslaw
Quarter white cabbage
Quarter lettuce
3 spring onions
1 lemon
2 tsp mixed herbs
