- Scallions - 30 gr
- Carrot - 40 gr
- Sambal Oelek - 4 tsp
- Light soy sauce - 2 tsp
- Sesame oil - 2 tsp
- Sugar - 1/2 tsp
- White pepper - 1/4 tsp
- Belachan - 4 gr
*Marinade for chicken:
- Salt - 1/4 tsp
- Sugar - 1/4 tsp
- Chicken stock powder - 1/4 tsp
- White pepper - half of 1/4 tsp
- Shaohsing wine - 1/2 tsp
- Light soy sauce - 1/2 tsp
- Sesame oil - 1/2 tsp
- Baking soda - 1/2 tsp
- Cornstarch - 1/2 tsp
- Oil (afterwards) - 1 tsp
*Marinade for prawns:
- Salt - 1/4 tsp
- Sugar - 1/4 tsp
- Chicken stock powder - 1/4 tsp
- White pepper - half of 1/4 tsp
- Shaohsing wine - 1/2 tsp
- Light soy sauce - 1/2 tsp
- Sesame oil - 1/2 tsp
