As stupid as it sounds, because I bet 99.99% of them don’t even know it they just say it like that because, idk they think it makes them sound “hard?” But “History "Aks" has origins in Old English and Germanic and was the standard form of the verb in English until the 1600s.”
I have to say, after watching these courts, police videos, custody hearings and cases, etc,, etc. It has opened my eyes to the absolute incompetence, ignorance, selfish, delusion, deceitful, unfit, wicked, uneducated, people who should be mandated to use birth control , mandatory employment, and total freeloading people in this country. I could go on and on, but I think I need to use more adjectives.
That was bizarre.. She fought to keep the grandmother from watching the child. Lost free that childcare. Then said she wanted to give up the child because she had trouble with childcare after fighting to keep the grandmother from keeping the kid. make it makes sense.
Had a friend's ex wife dragg him through court & had people call and show up to hia work getting him fired . Made accusations that his parents were touching the kids inappropriately . That his sister was a drug addict and abuser ( she's a professor at Fullerton college California) she took him to court several times claiming he was making money the judge didn't know about and filed numerous times for full custody claiming he was a horrific gambler drunk and abuser ( he had doctor pull a blood gas test to show no alcohol for several months in his blood work ) all this craziness to give up custody of the kids after meeting a 28 year old guy on line and moving to Atlanta because the new guy : ( ain't no daddy of Dem kidz ) my friend is now sending his second kid to college and she hasn't seen any of them in 7 plus years ..... Make that make sense.. some people hold a hate only divorce can bring out ...
Oh my god, I cannot believe I actually just heard her say " This does not make sense to me?! "..... If this doesn't make sense to her, it's never going to and I don't know what else to say?!!.....
What the kid does when he's with the father is none of mom's business. The kid is probably grateful to be spending time with Grandma ana away from mom and dad's bickering
why do defense attorneys keep repeating the same thing over and over. Im shocked the judges don't say "I'm not stupid or deaf, I heard you the first time "
Right, she wants to micromanage his parenting time. If she is so upset he doesn't spend "enough time with his son" then she thinks taking all his parenting time away is going to make things better for the son? If the child is safe and happy then why be upset?
Right, she works all the awake hours after school when the kids supposed to be home. Good grief. Does the child ever sleep when home with the mother? Doubt it.
Do I understand correctly that the little boy in the second case is at home when his grandparents are “watching” him? That’s where he lives with his dad? And when his mom has him he’s at the boys and girls club til almost bedtime? Poor little guy.
Super-Karen here is lying through her teeth. Dad says he's working 5am to 1pm and he does school pick up. Karen says she's "always" at the school picking up so she knows that his parents are doing it. However, her work schedule is noon to 8:30 pm and she's only been off for a week so how is she "always" picking up? Also, when she's stating where her kids are, she said they are at the boys and girls club until 7 and then she is done but just a minute earlier, she said she works until 8:30.
I caught that to. She said she works 12 to 830 pm. The judge asked her who watched the kids and she said they are in school. He asked "What about after school" and she said they go to the Boys and Girls club till 7 pm when they close.....So who watches the kids from 7 pm till she gets off work at 830 pm and then makes there to pick them up.
True story - Few years ago i got hit by a car as I was in cross-walk, and the patrol officer only saw the aftermath, with a bunch of drunk college kids loudly laughing and mocking me and the car speeding away. He inferred I had been messing around and arrested me on a DC and public intoxication. Anyhow, week or so later I'm in court, which was kind of a weird combination of PCH, plead, and hearing. It's a small town, if you hadn't gathered. Judge asks me how I plead I tell him Not Guilty and he gave me an incredulous look and asked "So, never happened?!" And as i started to explain he says, "let's just have trial," and asks the bailiff to go downstairs to the police station and ask the arresting officer to come up, as he knew he was on duty. Like I said, small town. Like that Akroyd+chevy Chase+ Demi Moore movie that sucked. The most awkward thing, judge put us off the record while we waited, and he quizzed me and asked me for grooming/hair care recommendations, as he'd "always wanted a lush beard" like I had. I kept looking around to see if he was just busting my balls, but the clerk and town attorney exchanged looks with me to suggest he was serious. If anyone cares, charges were rightfully dismissed, mostly because the police officer forgot he was sitting at a red light and I was in the crosswalk in front of him when I got hit. But occasionally I pull up that county's website to see if the judge took my advice, and remember how frickin' bizarre that conversation was.
@@jamescarpenter7161 Still have the police blotter clip out of the arrest. Would you learn any lessons about over-generalizing if I were to dig it out, or is it not worth my time?
Even tho the list of crimes is long ,majority are not violent, possession of control substance, missing court dates, skipping out on bond, yes they had drugs, (which is bad obviously ) but they are mostly only hurting themselves, and breaking the rules of court, so not necessarily a danger to society, just themselves, it cost approximately &50k dollars per year (in Michigan) someplaces considerably more, some less .to house a single inmate, jail and prison is mostly to get violent offenders off the streets . Not cost law abiding citizens millions $ a year to house people who continue to not pay parking tickets, or drive without a license n dnt show up to court...
First story: Tell me there's no child support payout with 50/50 custody, without telling me there's no child support payout with 50/50 custody. Child support money Baby Mama Karen would spend on anything and everything BUT the child.
"this is treason! They are violating my rights!" Now we see the violence inherent in the system. Come see the violence inherent in the system! HELP! HELP! I'M BEING REPRESSED! 🤣
The moment she said, "I'll just sign over my rights," it confirmed my suspicion that she views her children as a source of income, and a 50/50 custody arrangement doesn't yield much child support for the lower-earning parent. It seems to be about control for her. Now that she's not working, she wants more rights to increase her child support payments. If her motion isn't granted, she's willing to relinquish the child, which might actually be beneficial for the child given her controlling nature, severe anger issues, and what I suspect is a lack of maternal affection, as is often the case when children are seen merely as financial assets.
8:49 that’s horrible!!! The grandparents should be able to watch the child!!! I’m sure the child loves that!! My parents and my husbands parents watches our children when we are away and they love their time with their grandparents
@@LawTalkWithMike Wise decision. I had a cousin who put his (IIRC) third wife through law school. It did not end well for him (although it did end very well for her).
Oh these mothers make me so angry. Do what is best FOR THE CHILD. My son’s father and I sat down and drew up a plan for our child. We made an agreement that as angry and as hurt as we may be with each other, our son was NOT going to be cannon fodder. We were never going to speak ill of the other parent. We don’t even call each other our “ex”, we say “my son’s Mom, my son’s Dad”. When my son’s Dad was gravely ill over a decade ago, I cooked for him, ensured he had clean bedding at least once a week (our son would go over and change his bedding). Unfortunately, and for reasons he has never told me, my son and his Dad had a falling out when he was 14. They did not speak again until it was graduation time. I gently asked if he wanted his Dad to participate. I asked if he was sure that such an important milestone exclude his Dad. He ended up not only including his Dad, but his favourite aunt and uncle from his Dad’s family. That opened a door, and at 25 they are now much closer than they have been in years. I’m happy for them. Isn’t what you want for your children is for them to be happy? My son lost a good friend to suicide when they were only 17! His suicide letter told his parents that they hated each other more than they loved him, if they even loved him at all. Can you imagine? That mother at the beginning is hurting their son, not the Dad.
Wth, the guy with a an assessment score of 3 got a low bond, the guy stalking and then threatened to kill a woman got a low bond, but the guy with no record gets $100,000 bond? I don’t know how that’s even close to justifiable.
She thinks that hubby should not work and spend his time completely with child but the kid is at school or the Boys and Girls Club until 7, with her but she said she works to 8:30, so where is he until she gets off?
At this point I think the people in jail know that this sov cit BS does not work but they just fill these new guys heads full of it and then send them out there to make fools of themselves on RU-vid court!!!!! And for that I thank them!!!!
Man the hypocrisy of the woman… HE is not keeping up his end of 50/50 because he is using his parents to watch the child at times while the child is NEVER with her-while awake at least.
Why do these judges never point out that the laws of the land apply to all persons regardless of citizenship? When I lived in Germany I was bound by German laws. If I visit Italy, I'm bound by Italian law.
For the record, that first judge's stache has seriously upturned corners, which (I'm just now realizing) is more polarizing than a presidential debate. And also for the record, I'm pro-curly stache 😂🇺🇲
Your fez is particularly appropriate in this case. This man is out to lunch when it comes to the law of the land. He wants to opt out and it won't work out for him.
This is the most dystopian court cam view ever. The judge's head in the upper left hand corner is bold 80s tv and then there's the mustache. I dig the court architecture too. I'm just sad they weren't able to get some Logan's Run costumes for the defendants.
Hey Mike 💙🔥 hope you had a great weekend now back home to work 😂😂 that woman annoyed me I hate women who do that they were both doing the same things with their time how doesn't she get it 😠 enjoy rest of your night xxx sue 🇬🇧
So, the guy with the disgusting charges, the prosecutor did not object to a PR bond because she thought the victim would be safe because she was unknown to him (it appears it happened in a casino, so he probably was disgusting with an employee or other patron). The prosecutor was very careful to refer to here as “the victim.” Then the judge blurts out her name. I know there are legalities involved when getting court protection but it’s unfortunate that the judge couldn’t find a way to protect the victim’s identity.
"Your Honor, permission to approach? That style of mustache went out of style more than one hundred and twenty years ago. It was actually never in style, but no one would have told a gentleman boxer that his facial hair was in any way inadequate." In the alternative: I didn't think it was possible to sum Reno up in a single frame, but 12:58 is a strong contender.
So she doesn't know where her ex lives when he has custody of their child? That's pretty neglectful. Oh so she's going to keep wasting the Court's time and taxpayers money. She needs to be held in contempt if she's going to be disruptive like that.
OK, I’m just gonna say it: In the one video, it was harder to decide who was hotter the district attorney or the judge. Come on y’all, you know you were thinking it.
So he has to post $15k in bond (so $1500 if he can find a bond company to take him on) and if he does so will be electronically monitored - on, amongst other things, a tampering with electronic monitor charge?
