@Drew Lewis Matter of fact it is still fraud as fraud is defined as wrongful or criminal deception intended to result in financial or personal gain. So because her intent was to gain something financially or personally it is indeed fraud
What's more of you listened carefully the dude wasn't the only reason He's only the reason the investigation began as eyewitness evidence is the least reliable evidence in a court of law. If there was anything that condemned her it was the doctor's statement that she never had chemotherapy. If the husband hadn't said something and the doctor released those statements both of them would have been charged only that he possibly would have been given a lighter sentence due to being an accomplice
