Customer Service is a hard job; dealing with all the fools making a commotion over something insignificant, your paycheck is dismal for all that you do, and the benefits are shit to none. And on the other hand workers are also not above making a fool of themselves. I worked in customer service over the phone for years and then I switched to working at a warehouse and I enjoyed the warehouse job so so so much more. And it was nearly equal in pay and none of the bullshit.
Right, that didn't sit right with me that she opened their window trying to get somebody's attention. She couldn't even remember what dude said so she it's no telling what she really said to them. Doesn't matter the restaurant I go to, if they're not coming to assist me I'm taking my tail SOMEWHERE ELSE ✌🏽.
Nah, you wrong, LOL! She said they were just sitting there. Therefore, NOT doing their job. They could have at least said, "we'll be right with you," or something like that. Yeah, she could have been a little more calm (I would have just left), but the workers were definitely unprofessional, save for the manager.

whenever i feel like im not being treated right at fast food restaurants i dont stay and argue because i know that there is over a 90% chance they are gonna spit and do god knows what to my food so i just simply ask for a refund and go somewhere els because making a whole scene in public and embarassing yourself is never the way to go because even if you get your food made over im almost 100% sure they did some type of nasty ass shit to it...

Yelling and acting crazy with customer service solves nothing. In my experience, the person on the other end will work harder to help you if you treat them like a human being and don't talk down to them.

I get those people were mad at the previous male and female employees but the manager was nothing but nice to them and was answering their questions and trying to help and they were telling at her and mocking how she talks like damn. They need to learn how to control themselves this is why I could never work in fast food because the customers there just be extra disrespectful. I worked in a customer service job at a bookstore and a library it was some unreasonable people but not nearly as bad.
At mcdonalds we are not allowed to give other managers or crews name or info out to anyone. But we can give them our own name or our gm's name That's it. I don't know about other place but corp mcdonalds Safety and Security policy's are very strict on it.
Someone walking up to the drive-thru ordering on foot when the door to enter is not far away is the ultimate laziness. I did 10+ years of Retail in 3 movie theaters (projectionist, usher/ticket taker and concessions stand: people are rude, have sex in theaters, leave used condoms on the floor, throw up on the seats and don't tell anyone anything, spill stuff everywhere, throw popcorn everywhere, throw gum to stick onto the movie screen, etc), a meat/seafood department in a supermarket and 2 years of electronics sales in Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta Airport (aka "the busiest airport in the world") and people are the worst. I had to deal with scammers coming up with stolen credit cards, trying to force their way into my kiosk store and trying to intimidate me to "just type in the confirmation code that the credit card company already gave them". Mind you, we're in an airport surrounded by security in a terminal and with thousands of people walking by. People are bold. One guy was on drugs and did a snatch-and-run on a kiosk store across from me. Got lead out in handcuffs. They have a temporary jail in the airport because people are so crazy.

customer service is a very hard occupation. i know bc i just started working in it a month ago and MANY incidents already have happend. Customers want you to do stuff or know things that's not in my job description or i was trained on just because i work there and customers be yellin at you for stupid stuff like oh why didnt you ask me if i wanted my candle wrapped. bc, by store polivy, i do not have to ask you. if you want it ask for it and i'll get it. Don;t get me started on ppl who call theought the phone or customers that swear they know everything espcially when it comes to something being in store or only online. They swear stuff be instore but know when i go search it it says an onilne only item....
I recognized the second video where 11 pieces of candy were stolen. That's somewhat of a classic vid. People aren't entitled to have an attitude when they are caught red-handed stealing.

It's really not that hard for these employees to do their job. The only person that's clearly right is the guy in the beginning. The customers are correct the rest of the video.
Giving the phone to your co-worker rather than your manager is a disgusting thing to do and if you’ve done it quite a few times clearly the problem is coming from your end not the other side. People like you are a true pain to work with. Why be in customer service if you can only be cruel and ghetto?
