I have a question regarding this: what if its in the professional setting where you now become a supervisor of a supervisee because of an organizational structure change and the supervisee is engaged to one of your family members what should we do?

Hey, Sandra! The supervisor and the supervise would have a conversation to address any potential issues their engagement could have and make the appropriate adjustments if needed.
