This is the first eyeshadow palette that I am dying to get my hands on in such a long time. I love the color story and it’s giving Gold and Safari’s little sister. I appreciate your review and am crossing my fingers I can get it at some point soon.
I just got mine in and already did a look. I’m obsessed with it. I’m so pale it doesn’t look like a neutral palette on me at all and it’s doing wonders for my green eyes.
I would, and have, chosen colours like these for home decor, but if I applied them to my eyes it would look like someone had punched me in the face. I know that from previous, unfortunate makeup choices. It’s still lovely, however, just not for me.❤😢
I'm blown away that there was no request for comparison with Metropolis and Triochrome. I can see so many potential dupe shades with the swatch pictures. Imma pick Yucca up anyway lol, I love the ND formula and I think they've just gotten better and better with each release.
Yes I have the Metropolis and I don’t want to have almost the same shades. But this is really tempting. @MorgaTurner please compare this to Metropolis palette 😊
Yucca looks to me like a more yellow/orange toned Gold palette replacement. I prefer the original and already own it, but I’m sure those that can pull off these colours will love it.
I was so conflicted with this palette. I love green and gold but don't care for yellow or orange at all. I went ahead and ordered today on the sephora app, and I'm glad I did. You did a great job showcasing the shades and putting them together🤗
Actually Natasha is pronouncing Yucca correctly. She says YOO-ca which is spanish. And that is correct. Yuca is pronounced YUH-ca which a southwestern plant. These two words and pronunciations are often confused. That said, I preordered mine too and it arrived on the 1st as well. I ordered the Camu Camu and Fushi pencils since those ARE limited edition colors. Willow will be a permanent addition to her macro-tech pencils. This will be the first time I’ve ordered her pencils and am excited to give them a try. I may order Willow and Brown if I like the formula. Thanks so much for the review Morgan! One of the best eye looks you’ve ever done! The green liner legit makes your eyes like they have a ring of green around the brown, it’s really pretty! I’m kinda floored how much I like even the warm tones ….it’s giving me the same kinda feels as her bronze palette did. I was obsessed with that palette the entire summer /fall of 21 it’s all I wanted to wear …despite being “over warm toned eyeshadow”……lol Can’t wait till mine arrives. I love how well the liners compliment the palette, she picked the perfect shades …interesting but wearable.
Natasha Denona just needs to get with the program and give you PR already, she has to be aware of you, I know for me your videos always let me know if her stuff is worth getting, thank you being so informative ❤
Ooh, I love the fun mix of eyeliners on the “halo” eye side! I agree about the 2 sparkling shades reading similar to each other. But like you I love that formula so I’m not complaining 😂 I can’t wait to see you use that cooler shimmer shade. To me it does stand out, but it’s complimentary. Like a “stone” shade in the middle of all the warmer earth tones. I bet it’s stunning especially with the greens
Love that you upload so consistently! LOL I giggled at your intro! I love those mustard-y shades to lightly blend out a neutral (tan, beige, light brown) shadow in the crease - it just gives it that extra somethin, somethin special look, as it peaks out above the neutrals!

I’m super fair skinned so I don’t know how yellow and mustardy tones will look on me… I think the gold palette would be a better option for me, but that one is SO expensive! As I said in the Shop Or Drop video Yucca gives me some UD Naked Honey vibes, but I do appreciate the pops of green and the cool toned silver shade. I just don't know if I can afford the price tag. My hope is that she comes out with a mini version that I will feel more comfortable buying. Will also be watching ND's tutorials for look inspo though.
I love Honey and I think together it is a good pare. Yucca is deep for my complexion so Honey can help to turn it down. Otherwise Yucca can give Honey some more fun and oemph. UD and ND are great friends in my stash; Naked 2 with Glam, Naked 3 with Retro/Retro Glam, Cyber with Pastel. Really fun to play around!
I was thinking the same thing! I don't like the pricetag, but a mini version to use in combination with other palettes, would be great! Those mustard-y shades are so different, and look great with neutral shades.
@@lisamarie5918 I saw someone who compared it to mini Gold. That one has also the green undertone, while the Gold is more brown. Maybe that one gets you the vibe.
This is the first ND palette since the bronze palette that I’m going to buy! I like both of the looks that you created. This is a definite buy for me! 💕

I'm so happy that the Yucca & the mini gold are similar but aren't super similar because I adore the mini gold. I'm hoping that we get the eyeliners in Australia because they don't seem to be on our Sephora, and I love the formula & the black is one of my most used.
I need a second drawer for my Natasha palettes and my pat McGrath palettes lol this is right up my alley!!! Especially for summer and even fall really!! Can't wait for this palette to arrive!! 🥰

I'm on board for this summer color story to pair with my others. You're right that ND really fills in her collection well. I'm DEF going to use that cool toned silver shade with my Glam palette. I got the mini Xenon to use and it wasn't exactly what I wanted. This looks like a better fit for what I'm looking for in a beautiful cool look.
I'm not that impressed with matte color choices but those sparkly shades looks really yummy. What I love about ND is that they make colorful makeup everyday wearable.
Omg!!! I have not been tempted by any makeup purchase in 5 months. This is making me want to purchase it so badly!!! So sad i didnt get the gold palette, since i am in a no buy this year because i have So much makeup, and im not a makeup youtuber so i need to stop spending like one lol, but omg this palette is so gorgeous.

Thank you for another amazing review!! The Yucca palette looks stunning. I can see the colours in the Yucca palette also really working well with the Triochrome palette for some colourful distressed/grungy looks (browns, oranges, neon greens, purples). An odd combination but that's what my mind jumped to!
I’m so glad I watched your review of this palette! I saw another review from someone else, and her eye looks wound up looking nearly the same. I like that you can also do an orange brown eye look with a pop of gold/green shimmer in the center. At least I know it’s doable. I’m not sure this would be a palette I’d reach for much, but I have to say it’s definitely fun and colorful!

The green look made me think of Juvia's Place Tribe palette. I also would like to see it compared to Metropolis. Theres also some Juvia's Place Nomad vibes.
