@Sandoz2 no I just think in a more broad spectrum. Emotional pain puts people out of commission for months. Sometimes it ruins ppls lives completely. No armbar even compares. Emotional pain causes you to shut down and not function as a member of society. Emotional pain causes, ppl to take their own lives. It's 100% debilitating and can take anyone out. All the "getting pissed" these fighters do and wanting to fight is based off their "emotions getting hurt" it's way more powerful. And I've been in an armbar and had it exper extended. Even burning alive doesn't compare to Emotional pain
