I literally meant exactly what you just explained. Btw I'm from Tulare county. The environment I was raised in is not too far off from Stockton; meth, gangs, and violence everywhere. One thing I learned through that upbringing, which I can tell Nate learned as well, is people who show respect are the real men who have overcome their struggles and respect themselves. I can tell by your response to me that you must have more work to do with your fear and showing yourself respect otherwise you wouldn't be throwing your fear my way. Get to work, no need to front behind your keyboard.

I agree. A few friends have met them around town and they are extremely personable. Tito Ortiz of all people is incredibly fan friendly. Some fighters just need to get themselves into an aggro mindset to get ready for their fights...but whatever works.

I am a big Conan fan, and I am always a major fan and supporter of the Diaz brothers, so it was so cool to see Nate seem so comfortable and talkative with Conan. Almost like because Conan doesn't take himself or his show too seriously, it gave Nate the greenlight to relax and just be himself and BS with a cool and funny guy like Conan. It is just great to see Nate being funny and seeming to enjoy himself on television, when I know the Diaz brothers both tend to be fairly uncomfortable in high-profile social situations like this. Huge respect to both guys for this interview.

As a true Conor fan.. not a bandwagon hop-on who follows whoever they see doing well.. but as someone from the same hometown as Conor who supports him with pride as he represents our nation.. I can speak on behalf of Ireland and say we have nothing but respect for this man.! A true fighter who went toe to toe and blow for blow with our boy TWICE.! And didn't let Conors mind games effect his performance in fact gave back his share of verbal abuse aswell.! The Irish will always remember the Diaz 1 and Diaz 2 fights.. great memories and I hope for a third soon.. our nation and conor himself has much respect for nate 🇮🇪🇮🇪

Since this whole thing started and Nate has done a thousand more interviews, my respect for the guy has gone up 1000%. He seems very down to earth and quite humble to be fair. Hats off to him and best of luck to both fighters Tomorrow night. Going to be interesting.
