This is one of my favorite things to do with a perfect faro shuffle. It involves a 52 card deck and cutting the cards exactly at 26 each time. Check out my video blog post if you want to learn the Secret To Learning The Faro Shuffle.

I'm getting a ton of great comments. Thank you! I do want to address some of the skeptics. :) The video is not in reverse. I did speed up a few slow spots to keep it quick, but it's 100% legit. No other edits. If you think about it, it's not possible in reverse. Literally would be more amazing. My mind would be blown. 💥 lol😂 Here’s a link to the full performance as taught by the master and creator, Paul Gertner I tried posting a link, but RU-vid doesn't allow links in comments. SO... Please search my channel for "Marked Unshuffled Card Trick by Magician, Nate Jester" and you'll see the FULL UNCUT PERFORMANCE WITH A LIVE AUDIENCE! Thank you for your likes, comments and subscribes. @@SeattleMagician You write the words first on a unshuffled deck, then you do your first pharaoh shuffle, then you start recording adding that little mark in the beginning, so it seems like you wrote all those lines, then the first pharaoh shuffle is actually the second shuffle, three shuffles' later back to an unshuffled deck... so I'm I right?

It is a farrow shuffle and that's it though... i mean, it is just showing off a skill that is more common than you'd think. Ever heard of a perfect hand in bridge, where every player gets all cards of one symbol? Happens more often than you'd think because the farrow is used as regular shuffling by more people than you realize.

@bigmeatswangin5837
@bigmeatswangin5837 2 месяца назад
No he really isnt. The cards are arranged beforehand and carefully realigned as he "unshuffles" the deck. Every truly shuffled deck of cards is a unique shuffle. That is a mathematical fact, as the possible number of ways to order a pack of cards is 8x10^67. For reference, there are about 2.4x10^67 atoms in the Milky Way Galaxy. Therefore, its statistically impossible this deck was a unique shuffle before or after he began moving cards.
@chloegrimace1291
@chloegrimace1291 2 месяца назад

@@SeattleMagicianI love this! Love your art and work. I can remove this comment but I’m wondering if the deck isn’t sold that way or premade by you not by hand because the only mark we see you make with the marker is the only mark that doesn’t fit the rest and is a different saturation than the rest. The shuffling is still skilled and all that but I was thinking how do you plan and draw that and watched over and just wanted to know. It’s such an amazing trick. I didn’t want to do a top level comment. Feel free to remove this. Much love to you and your art. Subscribe from me ❤

Thanks for the comment and I don't mind. The decks are legit us playing card company cards. I do have them printed with my logo on the backs but that's for style only. I did hand write the marks on the cards by hand. It takes forever and that's why it's not in the video. I wanted to make it short and to the point. I only used the sharpie in the video as a prop, to show that's how I made the marks. Which is true. The small dot you see was a mistake. I got too close while filming. Lol

@@klaeLIFE nah, this is called an algorithm and it's actually an easier trick to do than it looks as long as you get decent at cutting the deck. There is no shuffling hapenning here, farrow "shuffles" predictably relocated cards in a known and specific pattern and it takes less than 200 farrow shuffles to get back to the original card order from the first shuffle provided you are good at cutting the deck.
