Mine is Christian mcbride but god damn i love to hear sir East ! Its like a cloud to ears so smooth so soft but so accurate, im sorry if i'm not clear... my english, as a french, is not perfect but god now i love to hear to this kind of incredible people 😊😄
Not through Mary. Jesus Himself says in John 14:6, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.” He is not a way, as in one of many; He is the way, as in the one and only. ... Jesus was “chosen by God” to be the Savior (1 Peter 2:4.
@@officialblacks388 Pls observe that withorlo said through Mary TO Jesus, NOT OVERLAPPING Jesus. This is a very common mistake non-catholic make. Regardless doctrinal issues that MUST BE RESPECTED from each other, it's essential that each one first understands it RIGHT. Mary is human just like you and me. Jesus is GOD. So, this is a way we can HUMBLE ourselves before Jesus. That's what it is about.
Can't tell you how much listening to 101 Eastbound just fills my mind with the thought of being in the warm SoCal sun with a cool breeze blowing. Ultimate groove.
Fell in love with this the first time I heard it...pulled over to listen..I had started weaving thru traffic before I knew it..and I waited for the station to announce the song..they didn't...so I called them..drove straight to the music store..
I want driving but I was just as "overtaken" by his recording of 101 Eastbound (brilliant title!)! Fortunately, I now have an Alexa video unit & have the pleasure of listening to his entire album! Listen to "Overjoyed" featuring the incandescent harmonic solo of the man himself, Stevie!
Fantastic. My fave pianist, Bob James, with bandmate (Fourplay) and possibly the most prolific bassist ever, Nathan East. Great tune and great players, and, the first time I've seen two bassists in a band together.
The secret to success with two bassists is staying out of each others' space. Oh, and being great doesn't hurt either! These guys are both masters. I think only 2 strings got used on that massive 7 string bass on this tune.
I don’t know how to write in English, therefore I write through a Google translator; This is perfect !! it's magical i love you people !! And a little in Russian; Это ахуенно! hello to all People from the Volga from Russia!!
And a guy who has played with just about every major musical artist of the last 40 years in rock, jazz, smooth jazz, Nashville, etc. What a versatile bass player and vocalist.......
Nathan East is a great bassist, I listen to him every night, love his solo with Toto doing “Africa “ another great video is him with Skunk Baxter doing “Ricki Don’t Lose That Number” good to watch another video with Nathan featured!
From Clapton, Collins, and Philligaines to FOURPLAY and Beyond, Nathan East is The Art of Versatility and An Awesome Talent; 4 strings, 5 strings, 6 strings, and acoustic bass. I have seen him play them ALL excellently, and I'm a Fan for Life.
Maybe it's just that it's a live ensemble, but this is my favorite performance of this tune. Even better than previous Nathan East or Fourplay versions.
