csgrambauer nathan drake is modeled off nathan fillion, but its nolan north playing drake, but if your on about the fan film then yeah he is nathan drake
Of course I meant the fan film - as far as I'm concerned, Nathan Fillion IS Nathan Drake. No thanks to Nolan North playing him. That fan film was so freakin' great I didn't want it to end!
@@redshirtveteran5688 Yes it's "national" treasure the US is the nation cage is in. Otherwise it'd be international treasure if he's taking stuff from other nations.
@@tiradeee I to be the "uh acthualley" guy but that was Nolan North, not Nathan Fillion. Nathan couldn't schedule for Bungie anymore so they had Nolan come in and do the farewell
@@benstephens34 Well if Bungie got it right, we're practically immortal, however, the pyramids would exist. Also, the Cayde Unit was an Exo, so he could be rebooted into a Cayde-7 if we really wanted him to. However, Cayde dislikes the number 7, so that won't happen. Who knows, maybe Cayde-7 will be evil and will be the Deep Stone Crypt raid boss.
what would you consider a youngling?(Im just curious) I was born in 2000 but grew up watching Firefly and Serenity. I wish it would've continued tho ;-;
Everyone says Cayde (RIP buddy), but the first space cowboy I thought of was Malcom Reynolds. Then I remembered he was talking about voice roles, so Cayde would make more sense.
I watched Firefly two weeks ago for the first time. I love it. I bought the movie two days later. I love it. WHY IS THERE NO SECOND SEASON?! I wish i would have never seen this series, it makes me so sad to know, there will never be another season x)
Welcome to the Firefly club. You will now be forever bitching about why Firefly was cancelled. You will be annoyed every time you see a Serenity DVD sitting in a charity shop/thrift store because someone was dumb enough to give it away and not cherish it. You will remember random quotes from the show and laugh out loud in awkward places. You will watch shows with Nathan Fillion in them, recognise Firefly connections and smile. Even though you own and have seen Serenity numerous times before, you will still watch it all the way through because you've accidently caught it playing on TV. It's the best obsession to have and the best group of people to have it with. Welcome to the club.
The order in whitch i found this brilliant man is: Halo ODST he played edward buck firefly (RIP) and the movie he played malcom reynolds Then destiny 1&2 where he played Cayde-6 (RIP)
All I can think of is Captain Malcolm Renolds or Cayde-6. I love Nathan Fillion! I miss Firefly so much... Also is "Space Cowboy Vigilante" Cayde-6 or Malcolm Renolds, I'm not sure lol
Well that’s kinda the new thing now. Especially due to the whole D2 advertisement of Cayde’s death. I am a Destiny fan, a young one too, but I also respect his roles in the past. Dude’s very talented.
OH NO WAIT. He means Vigilante. I JUST realized this: He's talking in the context of doing voice work for superhero stuff, and a voice he did in Justice League is a cowboy character called VIGILANTE. It only took me 6 years to twig on this, but that must be it. He's not saying "A space cowboy vigilante." He's saying "A space cowboy, Vigilante."
Bimbo Laggins can you imagine Star Lord meeting Cayde? Not only would the fandom have the orgasm to end all orgams, but the two of them riffing off one another in character would be EPIC.
There’s a physical reason everyone hates the sound of their own voice on recording. When you speak, you hear yourself in two ways at once: through your bones from your larynx to your eardrums and through air. So what you hear is a mix from two sources. The sources sound different. Denser materials are great at carrying bass but not so good at carrying high pitches. If you want to hear what you sound like just through your bones, put your hands over your ears or your fingers in your ears and speak. That sound plus what you hear on recording equals what you normally hear. Everyone else only hears you airborne, so all that bass emphasis is missing, the result being that on recording you sound thin to yourself.
The space cowboy vigilante he's (probably) referring to is named Cactoid Jim, a character in the Thrilling Adventure Hour podcast. He and Molly Quinn (also of Castle) got involved as recurring characters years ago, and there's even a small special feature on it on one of the Castle DVDs. Check it out, it's good stuff. :)
ah, sports cars really aren't made for tall people. I am 203 c,(6'8")A friend of mine has a very nice first generation mazda mx-5. I don't fit, I can sit down, but my knee blocks the car from closing. so DAMN infuriating
