I think a core piece of what makes these videos entertaining is the combination of ritual with the unexpected. The episodes are extremely formulaic, but every individual component of that formula from the "I guess" onward has a chance to subvert that predictable formula. The fact that you know the ritual by heart primes your brain with an inherent comedic timing for each deviation, no matter how small. Anyway, thank you for coming to my TED Talk.

I would love to see you try saitan sausage! It's a meat 'replacement' (but really its own thing) made from highly glutenous, thoroughly kneaded wheat flour

Have you considered getting a second rack for your toaster oven? If you put one in the oven above the first rack you can set sausages on the upper rack for better air circulation and skin crisping, then set a small sheet tray on the bottom rack to catch run-off.

I am a sausage purist, I always prefer sausages to be made out of one ingredient, without the added pork. Otherwise it's a pork sausage with unique seasoning, rather than an onion ring sausage. Can you imagine the air sausage or the water sausage with pork mixed in? That said, I love this format of doing both at once! It's the best of both worlds, and we get the strange sausages along with more traditional ones. Mr. Sausage is a genius

I always find my thinking "Mr. Sausage. You could cut some of these things into more manageable pieces to make them go down the grinder hole easier." But that would deprive us of seeing you try and fruitlessly ram it in there.

I honestly think a small sub series of coming up with amazing sausage recipes is in order. We've seen the magic that soup mixes can have like the French Onion Soup mix sausage. I think we need to give Mr. Sausage's taste buds a break from the horror.
